AJ is a great personal chef! He's really taken to time to understand my tastes in food and has tailored the dishes to satisfy my palate. All of his meals are very healthy and fresh. He's made the best salmon that I've ever had, the greens and vegetable are fantastic, and the deserts are incredible. I always look forward to trying AJ's new dishes.

Mark Holden has been catering a weekly vegetarian dinner for me and 14 guests for the past 7 months. The food is always fresh, with the best ingredients. I used to go over menus with him to make sure that the meal was balanced -- in terms of nutrition, color, texture, and flavor. But now we just eat what he brings us. Chef Mark Holden can do an extremely wide range of jobs, from the intimate dinner party to large corporate events. He can do Thai, Indian, Mediterranean, French, Italian, American, whatever you want. He's a world class chef who has cooked for the Queen of England and a down to earth guy who will provide excellent lunches for school children. My dinner party is after a prenatal yoga class. I needed my pregnant women to have 25 grams of protein each. Mark didn't flinch about this requirement. Part of his vast chef experience includes working for a diet company in the UK that also specified nutritional requirements. If someone in my group has a food allergy, he'll work with it. Mark is totally reliable. He will meet your requirements and deliver at a competitive price. Anyone would be fortunate to have Mark Holden and the DINE team do the cooking and catering.
Celebrated 2 year anniversary with 16 of our closest friends. Service was exceptional, largest scallops we've ever seen. The appetizer spread was unbelievably delish, top notch across the board, guest loved Chef Lionels bubbly personality.
Our company (TRAVELERS) had a Christmas Party for 60 people. We contacted Chef Keif, one week before the dinner/party was to take place. He provided samples of his cooking, we were impressed. The day of the dinner Chef Kief provided the food for the menu we selected. It was OUTSTANDING!! The folks raved about the food and the party/dinner was a success. Thank Chef Kief, you are amazing and our company will be using you again!!!
46th Wedding Anniversary Dinner----Daniel, as a professional chef, used the finest foods to create a specialty menu and presentation that was stylish and elegant and what I desired for my guests. Each course of the meal had its own presentation by the Chef and his staff making for an enjoyable evening of visiting and eating. My guests ranged from the original beef connoisseur (Texas Ranchers) to computer company executives. The meal including beef (and fish for our vegetarians) was perfect! Everyone raved! Daniel worked with us to plan a menu and then prepared it beyond what we were expecting. For this event we had Heirloom set up the tables and decorate them and provide everything needed because this was our important day and we left the details to Heirloom. The atmosphere, fine food, and interaction with the chef and his staff was so much more enjoyable in our home than in a restaurant that we have had Heirloom back for a most enjoyable Christmas event. Some of our guests are now using Heirloom as well. Our guests were very much impressed with the exceptional food preparation and presentation. They are looking forward to this years Christmas event with Heirloom.

Met with Chef Joy yesterday for a Fajita tasting for our upcoming wedding in a few months! She was very professional, very polite, very kind and above all....had AMAZING food! My (soon to be) husband is a VERY picky eater. Especially when it comes to rice and meat and he had zero complaints on either. Cosmic kitchen is one of the few places that provide me and my friends quality tasty vegan meals. I can't stress enough the word "quality." I was first introduced to them through my trainer who offered me a meal. I was adverse to replacing meat in my diet at first, but they've shown me its possible and can still be just as delicious and filling. While I do not follow a strictly plant-based diet, I reply on guidance from Cosmic kitchen to steer my eating to more healthy alternatives. Can't recommend them enough.
Kelly is an amazing chef and very accommodating and dependable. Her passion for cuisine is evident in each meal. We used Kelly’s services for about 6 months on a weekly basis. She is kind, courteous and above all a talented chef! My husband and myself were on a very strict diet and her meal prep and delivery made it easy to follow and tasty! Chef Mark was very impressive this Thanksgiving. He was very professional and his expertise in the culinary world came out it all of the food. Chef Mark catered my holiday dinner and it was amazing. The menu was well within my budget and the food was amazing. Everything was prepared from scratch and he didn't mind the company in the kitchen as family and friends watched him prepare multiple dishes. The menu included turkey, ham, roast, mac & cheese, homemade stuffing, greens, sweet potatoes and more. Thanks again Chef Mark and you will here from us again!

Chef LaBome cooked an awesome multi-course breakfast for my wife's 30th birthday right in the comfort of our home. She was very responsive and did everything she could to ensure the surprise breakfast was everything I envisioned. We especially enjoyed her red velvet waffles and her fried chicken. I would absolutely book her again and highly recommend her services.
