Billie s a very gifted healer. She is very knowledgeable about holistic medicine, supplements, meditation, energy healing and nutrition. Before beginning my first session , she spent a good deal of time getting to know me and discussing my health challenges. I felt that she listened and was able to offer suggestions to help me improve my health The best part is that I felt much better after my session and I have returned for more.
Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
Kirsten is an amazing yoga teacher and i am so glad we met her. My son has learnt so much in such a short time and we plan to continue the yoga and meditation lessons for the long-term. I would highly recommend using her for both adults and children. She has gone above and beyond our expectations.
I was provided with the mindfulness training and it was very useful. I find myself doing the breathing excercises more often now. It has helped a lot with my steer level and being cthe early angry about things out of my control.
Aprille does a wonderful job of helping you improve as a student while making you feel great about your practice. She offers many different options for poses (when possible) which has been so helpful for the many different people we have in classes. She has helped take my practice to a whole new level (and I've been practicing for 10 years)! Aprille is positive, helpful and truly cares about all her students. I love that she is always offering additional information and additional classes to help broaden our understanding of yoga and meditation. Our #1 reason for keeping our gym membership is so we can continue to take the weekly classes offered by Aprille. I have learned so much from her already, and am looking forward to studying with her for years to come.
Jonothan is so powerful in his reiki practice. In a meditation I started feeling warmth in a trouble spot in my back. Then I realized he was doing distance reiki across the room. What a gift. Thanks Jon, you're a blessing.
I have enjoyed studying Tai Chi with Sifu Justin Harris for the past four years, after studying Tae Kwon Do the prior twenty years. Sifu Harris teaches health, meditation, and martial arts. Including the martial applications with references and quotes from the Tai Chi Classics. Sifu Harris has a large knowledge base of other martial arts styles, techniques, and training methods honed by years of practice. He is a great teacher and easy to approach with questions.
Yoga I love Atali yoga teaching classes. She is my favorite teacher and the best thus far in my 30+ years of practice Her flow is very well balanced and her directions are Precise and concise. You can flow with your eyes closed and listen to her harmonious voice. She instills a sense of peace during the flow which makes you feel refreshed. Her flow is chalenging but She offers modifications and she is hands on if you wish to be corrected . She demonstrates the poses as well. Namaste

This was my first meditation. I held a level of trust with my adviser because I knew her before the experience. I was nervous. I’ve been a politician and so telephone conversations paranoia me. The breathing was the best part. That’s the part that I felt the physical impact of the lesson. It was freeing. I want to do it again and make it a part of my routine personal care.
I have taken yoga classes on and off for more than a decade. I have taken classes with Trey for about six months. There are so many things I love about Trey's classes: 1) Trey actually knows what he is doing. He is a GOOD yoga teacher. You would think that would be basic but I have had far more bad teachers than good. 2) Trey is very supportive and patient. We all have good days and challenging days. Whatever kind of yoga day I am having, Trey is encouraging and reminds me that tomorrow will be another day. 3) Trey is not one of those teachers whose goal seems to be to whip students through as many poses as possible in an hour. He takes the time in each posture to help us understand the end goal, adjust us, help us deepen our practice, and make the micro-adjustments that create progress. 4) Trey is also great at gearing the class to the level of his students, giving "advancements" to more experienced students when we have new students in the class. I actually had a yoga teacher try to teach full headstands in a Level 2 class. I appreciate Trey because it's great to stretch yourself (pun not intended) but it's stupid, and a great way to injure yourself, to do things you simply aren't ready for. 5) It is Trey's commitment to true yoga practice that has caused tremendous improvement in my yoga practice. I have seen improvement in balance, strength, and flexibility. This started happening after just six weeks. Trey has also been great in suggesting things for home practice. 6) A bonus, Trey is fun and funny. He doesn't take it too seriously. He makes an effort to get to know his students. He remembers where we started, so he points out milestones. "Hey, I remember when you couldn't X and look at you now!" So, YES! Go take a class with Trey Albright. namaste, gretchen
I have attended a few yoga classes before but inversion yoga was a first for me. Yvonne was an amazing instructor guiding you through the various movements to help strengthen and prepare you for the different handstands. Highly recommended!

Dena exemplifies purity and love. I was honored to participate as a client in her spiritual meditation facilitator program for 14 weeks in the fall of 2011. In those 14 weeks Dena utilized her profound gifts as a teacher in such a beautiful, transformational way. I have been studying metaphysics for several years and meditating for even more. I myself teach others and yet I learned so much from Dena. She taught me how to look at existence and my nature of being from a different perspective than I had ever done before. She has such a clear, gentle approach in her teaching style that allowed me to really open to what she was giving to me. I am now able to stay in conscious awareness more steadily and really tap into my state of being in every moment. Dena taught me how to stay consciously aware of the expansive, light-filled, and harmonious being that I am. I will forever be in gratitude for the opportunity of working with Dena.

Jami has impressed me since I have been going to Yoga Jax studio for the last couple of months. She has led me in both flow yoga and meditation in hour long private and group classes. She is personal - not just leading, but pulling the best out of me. She leads by both verbal instructions and doing the poses along side me. I never feel pandered to or looked down upon. Actually, quite the opposite - I feel like I don't need to be "better" before I go to her classes - I can just come as I am with no judgment from her. She is focused on we students the whole time class is in session. (Doesn't seem like her mind is wandering away from us.) Last but not least, I like her smile and love her passion. In an age of chain stores, It is good to experience good-old-fashioned customer service given by someone who clearly has a passion for her profession.

Through my experience with Rachel's meditation I have been able to learn techniques to further my growth. She is precise, poise, and dedicated to the needs of each individual. Rachel is highly experienced in meditation, making it easy for her to teach to someone that hasn't tried meditation before. Some meditations we have practiced are calm and help gain focus in our minds. While some meditations can be intense, with the purpose of finding those difficult areas within ourselves so that we can overcome the struggles inside of us. Overall I like that in Rachel's Meditation Studio we experiment with different types of meditations, each one with the intent to grow.
