Latest Review: I have been training with Randy for almost one year. He listened to what I was trying to achieve and then provided me a nutrition plan and weekly workouts that has helped me reaching my goals. He is a great motivator and has provided constant encouragement. He expects a lot from each workout, but that is what has helped me keep on track. He does not use "The Drill Sargent" attitude that many other trainers that I interviewed with use. I have been really pleased with my results and still have a way to go but know that I will get there if I keep using Randy and his program. His pricing is reasonable and fair and I appreciate the fact that he works around my travel schedule when needed. If you are looking for that one person to help you with your fitness goals, then stop looking and give Randy a chance. Looking forward to my second year with him.

Latest Review: I'm 46 and have had several trainers but it has been a while, so I was very nervous to begin working out again. Landon's professionalism and patience gave me the confidence I needed. He modeled every exercise and pushed just enough through each one. He is very knowledgeable in recommending nutritional meals that enhance my goals.

Latest Review: I've been working with Chad for a month now and it's been great. He knows what he's doing and is always switching up the workouts, which I like. He is strict on form, which is good! I also keep a food journal that he looks at every week and makes suggestions for what I'm intaking on a daily basis. He is not the first personal trainer I've had - so this is not completely new to me - but he is definitely better than my other experiences with other trainers. He definitely cares about yor successes! I recommend him 100%.

Latest Review: When I started my search for a personal trainer, I did not know where to start. I knew I would likely need the person to meet me at my office gym because I work many hours. Also, knowing myself and my likelihood of continuing a workout routine and sticking to it decreases for each pause point (getting out of the office, driving out of the office garage to a gym, etc) that is baked into the process of getting to in an effective day's workout. I found Gigi on Thumbtack, reviewed her website, and made contact. Her response time was fantastic. We setup a time to discuss what I was looking for by phone. During the convo by phone, she recommended us meeting face-to-face (no pressure and no charge for either the call or the f-t-f meeting). Upon meeting her, I was impressed with her punctuality, communicating abilities (text, ability to use GPS for address locations, asking the questions I would expect when starting a workout routine, etc), her attentiveness to my answers to questions, and a no-pressure approach to discussing my training needs. I decided to try personal gym training for the first time and bought a package of sessions. I have now finished one package of sessions and feel stronger and have noticed more definition in my body tone. If you are considering personal training, be honest with yourself about: 1) how hard you push yourself when you work out alone. I know without a doubt that I would probably given about 50% (at best) of the push during my workout that I gave when working with Gigi. 2) the likelihood of actually getting to the location to workout (there are always more appealing options that we all rationalize our excuses away when deciding to blow off our solo attempts to go to the gym--friends meeting for dinner, family obligations, errands, and the list is endless) when going solo to the gym 3) the time (even a couple of hours a week) and the money you put into your workout really is for YOU, your health (physical and mental), and your life. I recommend Gigi for your training needs. She always has a variety of workouts (and even brings many different tools with her to add variety to the workout), takes notes of the workouts completed each visit, and strikes the right balance of push with a careful eye on your actual capacity as to not push into unhealthy territory for your body and physical level--this point is important because there are so many people with different capacities, different ages, needs, etc. Reach out to her, contact her, you will not be disappointed. Take a step for YOU and your health.

Latest Review: I first met Eric back when he lived in Connecticut and he always had a drive to gain further knowledge about the fitness industry. When it came time to get personalized programming he was the first person I turned to despite him being half way across the country. When we started working together I had an injured shoulder and one night he called me to go over how he envisioned the programming to go, what exercises I can do to strengthen my shoulder as well as the progression he wanted to see me make. Throughout working with him he has always answered any questions I have had, has made himself available, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend working with Gibbs Athletic Performance, LLC for people of all levels of fitness.
