As an athlete I have worked with dozens of trainers and fitness coaches. Zach is easily of the best I have worked with. His knowledge and guidance not only propelled me towards my fitness goals, but he was able to actually fix a nagging shoulder injury that had been nagging me for the past 5 years that even my PT couldn't remedy. Incredible fitness knowledge aside, Zach is a friendly guy that is always professional and punctual.

She was thorough in her assessment of my goals (strength & toning), my medical history (weak knees), my schedule (full-time working mother of two), my current exercise habits, my diet (vegetarian) and eating habits, and all things affecting my workouts. She was flexible and accommodate of my work-home schedule. What makes her stand out from the rest of the personal trainers is her pleasant, unassuming personality and her sincere desire to help you achieve your goals. She excels in customizing the workouts for you and brings in a ton of variety (weights, bands, your own body weight, exercise ball, step,..)) to your workout routines. All these qualities makes her an exceptional personal trainer! I have been training with her for well over six years. She doesn't cease to amaze me. He helped me realize that you can surpass any physical challenge if your mind is in the right place. He is extremely knowledgably in comprehensive weight training and kinesiology. Before I met Chris, I had tried just about everything to get what I thought was a perfect body. However, no matter how much triathlon training, crossfit, running, and watching what I ate, I couldn't figure out how to get what I wanted. I was already working very hard by preparing vegetarian food and spending lots of time doing cardio. I initially had reservations about hiring a trainer because I thought it would be too expensive. I also thought I should be smart enough to figure it out on my own. But, after 33 years, I finally decided to hire a professional. Within a month of working with Chris, I saw significant results. I was stunned. After four months, he helped me achieve the beach body that I wanted for a trip to Miami. With just one training session a week, the benefits have way exceeded the cost. After Miami, now Chris is helping me to build up my legs. I couldn't be more pleased with the results that Chris helped me achieve. I've gotten never gotten so many compliments and stares in my life. The best part is that I finally have a great physique that I can maintain. I highly recommend hiring him!!

I wish I could give more than five stars. Richard is knowledgable, patient, and committed to improving your fitness and overall health. He can connect with as easily with beginners as with those who've had some prior experience with personal training or an athletic background - he's a good teacher as well as a personal trainer. Working with Richard, I've made the most - and fastest - progress with my fitness and weight-loss that I've ever made. He keeps sessions interesting (you're never bored) and tailored uniquely to your progress and fitness level. Definitely recommend.

I am in the best shape of my life thanks to training with Dave! He is not only incredibly knowledgable as a trainer, he is patient, encouraging, and supportive. He shares advice for what I can do when we are not training to make sure I stay on track and he holds me accountable by checking in regularly. I started personal training with David in January and have made more progress in the past few months than I have in years. I tore my ACL in 2015 and after surgery I never really got back into a consistent strength training routine until now. David has kept me motivated and made me realize that my old injury doesn’t have to be an excuse. The corrective exercises and mini progressions have given me a lot more confidence with how I move now. I haven’t been this active in some time now so it’s been a great experience overall getting back at it.

I have been training under Caitlin for almost 3 months and love the obvious result seen. I have dropped 12 pounds since my last yearly physical and feel much healthier than ever before. Caitlin offers close and guided support that makes newcomers feel comfortable and secure. Her work out routine is tapered and flexible for just about anyone. In addition to the work out services that Caitlin provides she also volunteered to assist me in planning a healthier diet. Caitlin met me at Central Market and helped me shop and prepare a more meaningful menu as well change my poor eating habits. I have never seen anyone as driven and committed to the cause as she! I have worked with Barbie for 4 months now and started at 42% body fat and now to 26% .. I have 2 more months to get to at least 18-20% . It's been a great experience and cannot thank her enough for making me realize I can make things happen and believe in myself to fit back on my bathing suit and feel confident . We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!

NesselRoad2Fitness was definitely a game changer for me especially when trying to drop weight before my wedding day. I had little faith that I could drop even 20 lbs being just 6 months away from my big day. With the right direction (regarding healthy eating and cardio) and our regular weekly sessions I actually dropped 37 lbs by my final weigh in, 10 of those pounds I lost in the first month. I couldn’t believe my measurements. He keeps track of weight lost, measurements, and fat percentage on weigh in days and it really helps to put your progress in perspective. Andrew is a tough trainer but in a good way. He will help to hold you accountable but you still have to want it for yourself. With all the effort you put into your sweat sessions though, you won’t want to jeopardize your progress by eating bad. He helps you to help yourself!! Signing up for his training was one of my best decisions last year! If only I had signed up sooner!
