Tricia's service and culinary skill are great. I was looking to get my blood sugar under control and lose weight. She prepared 5 lunch's and dinner's over the course of a couple of months. I'm down ten lbs and my blodd sugar has normalized. The food she prepared me was always first class. Lots of fish chicken dishes with vegetables. I can't say enough for professionalism and the meals were good too. Tricia is willing to work with you on what ever you goals are. Wether it delicious home cook meals or a more strict diet, she does a good job.

I've been a culinary fan of Chef Cidney Wilcox since her days of living in Beaumont, Texas a few years ago when she worked as a Sushi Chef for Koi Japanese Sushi Bar & Lounge. I absolutely fell in love with her creative culinary cooking style. As well as her vibrant outlook on life itself. Being in her presence of her happiness is contiguous. You can certainly tell she loves what she does. For my 20th wedding anniversary my loving husband wanted to surprise me with a trip to Las Vegas. Not only did he plan the location, hotel and activities. He had the brilliant idea to hire a private Chef and fly them out to cook for us on our actual anniversary. There was no other chef better to hire than Chef Cidney. He gave her a call with the details and she didn't hesitate to say yes. Once all the details were worked out through the two of them I was told of the plan. Needless to say I was overjoyed and so excited that she accepted the last minute request. Leading up to the trip her and I corresponded periodically through email with meal request, menu ideas, shopping list as well as a list of items she'd need to prep, cook and serve which was provided by our hotel. Once my husband and I arrived in Las Vegas and to our hotel. It turned out most of the prepping items that were placed in our room she wouldn't be able to use because there was no oven in the room as we through initially. The reason I've referenced to this is because one of the menu items we agreed would be a cake of some sort for our dessert course. With no oven to bake the cake Chef Cidney didn't fail to impress us with her quick wit and notion to bake this cake on the cooktop instead of the oven. Even though it took a few hours it was the most deliciously moist cake we've ever had thus far. Her creative style and attention to ever detail was spot on. She was able to prepare and cook for us a 3 course meal that truly took our 20th anniversary over the top. In closing Chef Cidney Wilcox is one of the best chefs we've ever worked with. As I've mentioned before the positive energy she brings to the room is contiguous. She has the ability to adapt to any environment and situation that's presented to her. She brings not only a humorous vibe to the room but a very professional persona. She shows up to feed not only your soul but your culinary hunger as well.

Jenny made the desserts for my daughter’s bridal shower last month. The dessert table was a huge hit. Everything was made from scratch & had delicious special touches like a passinfruit filing in the gorgeous cake, sea salt used to enhance the brownies as well as deliciousness cookies that were gobbled up! I can’t tell you enough about what a success it was because of Jenny! When people beg to take the leftovers, you know that your party was a hit! I am going to hire Jenny next month to teach a cooking class in my home because so many of the guests loved her! She is funny, punctual, efficient, very affordable,a pleasure to work with, listens to your requests and is a delight just like her food!!

Cait has been a wonderful friend of mine for many years, but only recently was I able to really watch her in action when she cooked a complete brunch in our home, in a completely different city than her own, the day after our wedding. Cait was impressive from step one — she asked about our kitchen set up and worked within that to design a sample menu. She was a wiz at deciding what to prep in advance and what to make fresh the day-of. She made homemade buttermilk biscuits, a Persian herb frittata, Monte Cristo strata, sweet potato hash, bourbon bread pudding, and some fresh fruit to round it out. Watching her cook was impressive, not only because we love her as our friend, but because she clearly loves what she does in the kitchen. And all that love shows up in her delicious food!
