I would give Tony 4.5 stars. Tony was very understanding with our rescheduling of him coming out to us. We had some hiccups with the painting of our interior of our home—which delayed my estimate time of having our home ready for another professional to come in and do work. We needed to remove 2 toilets and replace them with 2 new toilets. I had 2 one piece toilets that I had purchased from Home Depot to replace our 2 piece ones. Tony told us that the toilets that we purchased were not good and would cause problems down the line. He told us that he has been removing one piece toilets for a lot of his costumers recently and replacing them with the standard 2 piece ones. He highly recommended Kohler toilets because you can easily find the parts if you need to replace something vs. the ones (one piece ones) that we had purchased. So….sadly, I ended up returning our one piece toilets and going with Koehler ones that I purchased when I returned them to Home Depot the same day. Tony came back later that afternoon to install the toilets. He was helpful placing/removing the toilets from my SUV trunk and bringing them into the house. One thing that I was a bit disappointed with was that the toilet was removed first before this was pointed out—but, I guess, better to have this known before having him install the one piece and having him come back for future issues. Additionally, there was stress/pressure to buy toilets immediately (since they were both pulled out in the AM) the same day at Home Depot. Lastly, I wish Tony offered that he could provide the connecting tube for me for the toilet to the wall (I apparently purchased the wrong pipe/tube wrong twice—and it was raining that day and I drive around too much.) OVERALL—the work done was great! He was fast. Kind. Helpful with suggesting which toilets to consider buying (sent me a YouTube video). I recommend Tony for replacing toilets.

Originally, I was looking for a toilet install but there was a more urgent issue; shower leak into the closet. I absolutely feel LUCKY Rudy came to the house today. First, let's talk price. Very fair. In fact, I'd go as far as saying you will not beat it. Secondly, he is super knowledgeable and comes to do the work you asked him to do. He doesn't try to sell you replacements, (though he will tell you if you should begin thinking about it), he will not try to charge crazy high prices, but he WILL tell you exactly what went wrong and the simplest way to fix it. On top of that, he's just a very nice man. Easy to talk to. So anyway, he fixed my shower issue that was becoming a real mess and while he was here, he swapped the leaky knob on the hose dripping out back so it's easier for my daughter to turn it. I'm like you. I don't trust all repair folks a full 100% at first. Seems like someone is always out to hustle you. I can tell you without hesitation that RUDY is now going to always be my plumber and he should be yours too. Thanks, man. I really appreciate your honest service. :) :)
