A trainer replied within 24hrs and scheduled an evaluation to go over goals. I couldn't be happier with the one-on-one attention that is personalized at WellFit. I am 47yo and had partial knee replacements on both knees in 2010. It was my fear that a total workout which obviously would include legs/knees may be painful and cause me to refrain from exercise. Just the opposite. The trainer took into consideration my knees and the fact that I truly haven't worked out my muscles in a gym in over 20 years. He created a program that has allowed me to ease into the routine with minimizing any pain. Since begininng 5 weeks ago I have lost over 15lbs and I'm sure toned up some muscle. Much of this is also attributed to changing my diet, which the team at WellFit also coaches you on. I can't say enough about Wellfit and the trainers.

I have been going to Trident for almost 2 months now. I've never had a trainer provide such motivating explanations of why we are doing each movement we do, explanation of Consequences of bad movements etc. Jason's knowledge of nutrition has taken my ability to stick to a meal plan to new levels as well! To put it simply, he knows his you know what! I feel truly blessed to have been referred to Jason and Trident Strength and Conditioning - I'm amazed at how many things I have been doing wrong for so long prior to coming to Jason (even given those movements by former trainers) and can tell immediate difference in doing them right. I look forward to ever session I am able to attend and how I can see my progress both physically and mentally in my capabilities! Check him out!
FINALLY!!!! Somebody who gets me AND my body type. I have always had a struggle with my weight, and my thyroid problems did not make it any easier to lose/maintain weight loss. In September 2015, I did a search for personal trainers in the San Antonio area and found Tommy Lammers; Owner/personal trainer of Beast Fitness.. I mean, the name alone is worth a consult. When I went for my consult, I didn't know what to expect and this bearded guy with tattoos walks over to introduce himself... I'm thinking, "oh yeah, he's bad a**". I was so impressed with his professionalism and willingness to get to know the client. He does a comprehensive interview in order to assess your health and fitness goals and develops a nutrition and exercise plan specifically for YOU; because he understands that everyone is not the same. He really cares about his clients. I was so impressed that he took it upon himself to actually research my health condition so that he could develop the best plan for optimal results. Since training with Tommy, I have learned to let go of the scale, really look at myself and take note what I am actually accomplishing. I have worn clothes that I haven't worn in years, and some that I have NEVER been able to wear. The affect that he has had on my mental health is incredible---even says my mother and my brother---If you seriously want to make a lifestyle change and feel better than ever, he IS the one to call. Not only will you adopt healthy lifestyle changes, but the new physical aesthetic that you can achieve will blow your mind...The best part---you'll gain an awesome friend.
If you are looking for a fitness trainer that genuinely cares for her clients, then you need not look further than Victoria! I have trained with Vicky with the last 1 1/2 years & have been very pleased with my results. I now fit into jeans I haven't worn in years! I feel stronger & my muscle tone has improved. There have been times when I have felt discouraged during my journey at weight loss, but she always encourages me not to give up & even runs alongside me to keep me motivated! Now that's what I call dedication to her clients! Vicky will tailor your workout according to your physical abilities, & will increase the complexity over time. She has always challenged me with a wide variety of exercises to focus on all my troubled areas. She is also a licensed nutritionist, so she always keeps track of my diet, & sends me ideas for nutritious meals. Honestly, had it not been for her help, I probably would have given up on my goal a long time ago. Understand that you will have to work hard though, because she will kick your butt! Lol! However, you will thank her as I do when you start to see your results! I highly recommend training with Victoria!!
De'Von is a fantastic personal trainer. He knows how to make you work at the sweet spot of tougher than I would push myself but not so hard that you are out of your depth. He is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and keeps me accountable on my meals as well. I have worked with several trainers over the years and De'Von is far and away the best.
Heath is extremely dedicated to his work and making sure everyone feels comfortable and excited. Making Heathy my trainer has made an unmeasurable positive difference in my life. I'd recommend him to anyone who is serious about making a lifestyle change and is looking for a strong support system.
After a long time of feeling like I would never lose weight no matter how much I worked out, then I found Paul! Like I told Paul I was trained by several trainers who didn't even get me anywhere near where Paul has in just 3 weeks! I started with Paul on December 17th and 3 weeks in I've lost more weight, training with him than I ever have training with other personal trainers. Paul is a great personal trainer because he "walks the walk" and everything just comes naturally to him. From the simple meal plans to the kick your butt workouts. He's motivating throughout your workout and will always give you instruction & correction on your technique. He will also make you think about every muscle your working. Throughout your workout he will interact with you and makes you feel completely comfortable. Paul's the type of trainer that wants to see you succeed and he loves what he does. I've never felt so motivated and inspired as I do and it's thanks to Paul!! You will see the physical changes in his clients and yourself, that's how you will know you made the right decision. I'm so happy that he is working with me and I'm so excited to see what the next month brings!!!

Great place to workout. Jeremy and Shea are phenomenal trainers who know how to motivate. A lot of equipment and variety in classes that keep you excited about coming back for more.
I originally met Jen as a gym member. Her work ethic, enthusiasm, and results inspired other members to the point of scheduling their classes when they knew she would be there. With Jen's ability to motivate others, along with her enjoyment of fitness, becoming a Certified Trainer was a natural progression. I highly recommend Jen to anyone who is committed to getting results.
The day I walked into matts camp , was the day after I had decided to quit attending CG. When I first started CG I was saddened when all the people around me were so motivated and happy . I lacked motivations and I felt like I didn't even want to attend . I actually felt like I didn't belong . I had a very hard time and was so frustrated at first . I'm so glad that I decided to give it one more shot and look for another location and another trainer . After attending camp with 3 trainers I was so happy and satisfied with Mathews camp !! He was so motivating and welcoming on my first day . I was actullay looking forward to attending Camp after that . The stretches he has us do are so what I need!! I am 45 years old and I need more than a couple of stretches and a warm up lap . I like the variety of excersizes i do and his ability to motivate, challange me and some how still keeps it fun! I'm happy with CG , and I'm so happy with Matt as my trainer !!!
