When I started training with Will I was 6ft and about 215 lbs. I decided to try to get into shape because I missed playing basketball with friends from high school that still played, invited me to pick-up games, and were able to stay in much better shape than I had through the years. We started with a rotating workout schedule 4 days a week- cardiovascular training one day and weight training the next- to lose the fatty weight I had accumulated over a few years of a basically sedentary lifestyle and to build endurance. In just 2 weeks under his wing I had already started to feel better and more fit. One thing I appreciated the most was that he could design the workout regime that was tailored just for my needs- my knees have been messed up since an injury I got playing basketball in high school, so running on a treadmill was very difficult, especially at the weight I was at, so he encouraged me to use ellipticals and bikes which were much easier on my knees. Once I had begun to lose weight and had gained some endurance, I decided it was time to try and run again, and Will agreed to take me on one of his famous 12 mile runs (or at least the 2 miles I was able to make it to before he told me that I had to stop or I'd likely pass out because I was struggling to continue), but that was the first 2 miles I had been able to run in over 4 years and I felt quite accomplished. Over the course of the next 6 months, Will continued to design new workout plans according to my progress and was able to encourage me to continue with my training instead of giving up. On my 7 month weigh-in, I weighed 183 lbs and had a noticeable muscle tone, and could actually run up to ten miles with virtually no pain in my knees. I would definitely say that the program Will had me on was a success.
Joseph has been my primary trainer for a year and a half. His workouts are challenging and well structured; he is always early to the workout site and comes well prepared. He demonstrates knowledge on how to isolate different muscle groups and modifies workouts on an individual basis as needed to prevent injuries. When you get to the point in your workouts when you start to feel comfortable, Joseph will toss another 'wrench' in the mix to challenge you further. I've been one of Joseph's campers since he started Camp Gladiator-New Braunfels and have witnessed his improvement as a trainer. He does a better job now at keeping his campers on task with their workouts and continues to do an excellent job at correcting form despite the ballooning number of campers(which speaks for his quality of training in itself). I can think of only one area in which improvement could be made. It would be a challenge to campers if he were to bring extra equipment to workouts; tires, fire hoses, etc. I do unsterstand this is not entirely feasible, with lack of vehicle space. However, his workouts do not suffer in any way despite lack of said equipment.
No judgement honest and caring. These are all the qualities ypu expect and Jeff delivers. He's do motivating and does everything he can to make sure you are progressing. Top notch trainer! I could go all day about how great Jeff is.

I have been a part of Chad Humphrey fitness for about half a year now and this has to be the only Bootcamp I have stuck with this long. Every day is different, tough, and well worth every dollar I spend there every month. He offers class at all possible convenient times. The groups themselves are great and all exercises cater to everyone's abilities. No one ever feels like they are not strong enough. This is what I think separates this place from crossfit. I would take this over crossfit any day!

The trainer, Andrew, is amazing. He puts together a fun workout that'll will get your heart pumping. He pays close attention to your form so you won't get injured. Every workout focuses on different parts of your body. I always have an awesome time at BootCamp.
Joey is the best at what he does! I would have never tought of me doing bootcamp but with Joey's training I am getting stronger everyday.
