Finding a personal trainer that makes you comfortable enough to expose your biggest flaws is quiet a challenge. Not only has Chico made me feel comfortable enough to discuss what I need to improve, but he has a personality that fits many. He has quiet a contagious positive personality. Chico pushes you to your limit and makes you find that inner strength that you didn't even know you had. All while keeping your best interest in mind. His workouts are not easy but the results are fast (if you follow healthy eating of course). I am really looking forward to my new transformation.

I had no idea how important nutrition is to attain your specific goals. Laura helped me achieve my goal of increasing muscle definition. She also introduced me to plyometrics which I greatly prefer over getting my cardio in on a treadmill.
