I was getting in to health and fitness for the first time with the goal of losing weight when I began working with Ruby. Not knowing what to expect, you could say I was nervous. Ruby went above and beyond her duties as a trainer to make me feel comfortable. She pushed me hard enough to get the results I wanted but never forced me to do something I wasn't fully ready for. She provided excellent nutritional counseling and tought me all about what foods are right/ wrong for my body. Most importantly she supported me far beyond what I would have ever expected from a personal trainer and went out of her way to help me improve my health. When my sessions were up after 6 weeks I not only lost 15 pounds but we formed a friendship as well. I highly reccomended Ruby to anyone who's just beginning their journey, continuing on theirs, or just in need of a refresher course! Thank you Ruby for all of your inspiration and true dedication!!

Not only is she extremely knowledgable about fitness and health, she also listened to what I wanted to accomplish physically and provides the workouts to help get me there. The workouts are challenging, yet interesting. I learn new exercises every week! I am definitely seeing the results. I am so happy I found Mindful Mule and Jen. I highly recommend her!:)
I ran my first 5K yesterday. I was not able to do that 5 months ago. Andy has pushed me to be my best. He genuinely wants to see me reach my goals. I had major surgery in May and he has been helping me gain my strength back week by week. He is so knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and watches my form to make sure I am not hurting myself in any way. He pushes me when I want to be lazy and make excuses and motivates me when I want to give up. He helps me be patient and reminds me this is a journey and takes time.....iI even have my mother training with him because he is realky good with training individuals at any level in their health and fitness journey. I highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a great motivational trainer that will push you to reach your goals in a non-militant style!

Chris Williams helped me with regaining the best physical fitness state that I have enjoyed since college. In six months I lost 30 lbs and went from someone who could not complete the most basic exercise to someone that could complete multiple 40/20 20 minute anaerobic workouts per week. Chris was motivational, knowledgeable and constantly available to instruct, explain, motivate and evaluate. His promptness was almost obnoxious and his quality of work is beyond reproach. Chris needs to understand how good he is at this and find a way to get his message to more people.

I am newly moved to the Dallas Fort Worth Area for college and was looking for a place off campus I could plug myself into dance. I have always wanted to learn ballroom and swing dancing with an actual instructor and was very pleased with Augie and how he was able to answer all my many questions and work with my college schedule and he knew exactly where to put me start me! I loved that he communicated directly with me by calling me and getting to know exactly what I was interested in. I first met him when I went to a group lesson he taught and throughout the whole night he made the effort to dance with me and introduce me to several of his students and friends and made me feel at home! I am very thankful for the opportunity to work with him and look forward to all that he has to teach me! I would highly recommend him to anybody young and old to work with him!

She has also provided diet guidance based on our current eating patterns; not a wholesale change, just modifications that should be easy to implement and promote weight loss.
Jennifer has been an amazing trainer! As I am a fitness novice, she has been extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. She pushes me and holds me accountable, and actually makes me enjoy working out--which is no easy task. Jennifer makes creative workouts that are tailored to your needs and goals. I'll admit I was intimidated at first about hitting the gym, but she eased my concerns. She's brilliant at what she does and very personable along the way. I would have quit a long time ago without her!
