Worth The Money ... So how much would YOU pay to reach your personal fitness/body goals? I would have paid almost anything IF I knew the results would be there...fortunately I found Sonny and Sonny was affordable... I had learned a lot in gyms over the last few years from avid gym goers (BroScience) unfortunately they had me doing lifts wrong... Did you know that proper form changes everything ? I did not until I started training with Sonny found out if I was doing the lifts with proper form working the muscle group it was targeted for that I would have to drop down in weight (it did hurt my ego a bit) BUT I am happy to tell you after doing them with proper form I got GAINS. Sonny has never been difficult to book, is completely engaged with you as a client during a training session and always explains in simple terms what you are targeting with an exercise and why It will work. Now for the bad part Sonny believes in training all of the body yes I am gonna tell you there will be core at the end of a session, Here is where a true fitness professional like Sonny really shines.... He keeps me motivated to give it my all even with the exercises (core) that I detest..SO If you are looking for a really excellent trainer and you are considering hiring Sonny I suggest you give him a chance to earn your business ...he has changed the way my body looks increased my strength and endurance as well as earned my continued business

Patience is the essential to a good client-trainer relationship. I have been a client at Strength and Fəˈzēk for approximately eight months and went from deadlifting 135 lbs. to 475 lbs. and still going. Zach (trainer and owner) at Strength and Fəˈzēk, understands what works for each client as well as what may not work for another. I was in search of a trainer to help with the discipline of working out. I am extremely pleased with my experience. We began with an evaluation that included discussion about exercises that I dreaded. We then worked together on a plan that would be manageable for me. Now at about 9 weeks into the program I am still very pleased with my trainer. He is professional and personable and has helped me to do things (push-ups, weight lifting, kick boxing) that I have never done before. He is very supportive and flexible in helping me to achieve my goals. Work outs are challenging but we have fun. I can honestly say that I enjoy exercise and it's because of what I learned from Adam and Simple Basic Fitness. I would, and have, recommend this service to anyone who is looking to get in shape in a way that's tailored to your needs and abilities.

Lori Duff has been a God-send for me these past 3 weeks, as she has launched me into a holistic plan for my long-term fitness, health and wellness. Lori cares about all aspects of her clients' weight loss needs, and any triggers that have prevented someone from previously reaching their fitness goals. Cody is the absolute best! He really pushes and challenges you, but is very supportive as well. I find myself really missing the sessions during breaks in training. NXT Rep Fitness is a great, do-work gym and feels like a small family.

I ran my first 5K yesterday. I was not able to do that 5 months ago. Andy has pushed me to be my best. He genuinely wants to see me reach my goals. I had major surgery in May and he has been helping me gain my strength back week by week. He is so knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and watches my form to make sure I am not hurting myself in any way. He pushes me when I want to be lazy and make excuses and motivates me when I want to give up. He helps me be patient and reminds me this is a journey and takes time.....iI even have my mother training with him because he is realky good with training individuals at any level in their health and fitness journey. I highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a great motivational trainer that will push you to reach your goals in a non-militant style!

Alton is a true professional, he personalizes the workouts to your fitness level and keeps you progressing. Alton pushes and challenges you to do things that you wouldn't think possible, but trust me you CAN do them. He shows you that it is possible to reach your goal. Marvin offered personal training at the office building I worked in this was extremely convenient for me because I didn't have to drive to gym and it did not interfere with family time. Also as a new mom, I was looking for a trainer that would be patient enough to allow me to get back into a fitness routine - but at the same time, keep me on track with my goals. Marvin delivered on both! I found Marvin to be knowledgeable and thoughtful when he created my fitness plan. Things worked out so well for me, that I told my colleagues at work about working out with Marvin - they decided to join me for the lunch hour work out sessions and we got fit together!

Evan is such an amazing trainer and motivator. He is always energenic and passionate about his clients. He makes each work out efficient and difficult, but understands how hard he can push you. Evan brings so much knowledge about overall fitness to each session. I have been working out with Evan with personal sessions for three months now and I've seen fantastic results - both weight loss and body shaping. He is willing to mentor you through your journey no matter how difficult.

I want to let each of you know what my experience has been with Dan. I turn 59 this year and I have worked out with a number of trainers over the years. I call them counters because that’s all they did for me. They counted and I did all the work…no results! Then I met Dan in January of this year. I did the genetics testing as he recommended. Once I received the results he explained to me what the results meant and what I needed to do to get in better shape. From nutrition and cardio to weight training, he has guided me along the way. We started training three days a week. He taught me how to box as a cardio routine. Never thought I would get it, but with his patience and guidance I am now boxing and loving it… GREAT CARDIO!!! Weight training has been amazing! I have never seen results like this before!! His knowledge and understanding of the human body through nutrition and weight training is the most valuable information I have ever received. Thank you Dan for changing my body and life! Robert H.

I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and the trainers for anyone at any fitness level! It's the best deal you'll find anywhere for personal training and it's legit. Fitness has always felt like a chore to me, but this is the first time that I'm actually excited about it and look forward to my workouts. Great people/atmosphere, flexible with scheduling, and very knowledgeable staff. They know their stuff and make it fun! I NEVER write reviews for anything, but this is worth telling people about. Try it out, you won't regret it.

I trained with Randy before and after my knee replacement several years ago. He helped me with my weight loss and strengthening my knee to prepare for the surgery. And after the surgery he helped me build up the muscles around my knees as well as a total body work out. I felt like he had a good understanding of what I wanted and needed and pushed me to achieve my maximum ability. I would definitely recommend Randy to anyone looking for a fitness trainer

As a hopeful candidate to be a U.S. Army Special Forces operator, I was beyond impressed with the work that Liz did with me. She not only helped me achieve a superior level of fitness with HIIT training, she also trained me to be a superb swimmer so that I may excel in Combat Dive School (the same school Navy SEALs go through). Her knowledge of outstanding exercises combined with her high energy and motivating personality make her an excellent trainer. The only thing that could have improved my experience with her would have been to sign up for more sessions, but unfortunately I needed to report for the intense training that Liz had so adequately prepared me for.

Vincent is an awesome trainer! He is passionate about health and fitness and genuinely cares about helping people achieve their goals. During the time I have been training with Vincent, I have continued to improve my fitness level as well as my overall strength and abilities. He is really good at pushing me at just the right pace by keeping my workouts challenging but doable. He has a great balance of being positive and encouraging but still holding you accountable to your commitments. Great location? Check. Great trainer? Check. Great owner who truly cares about her clients and their well-being? DOUBLE CHECK! I could have gone to any "traditional" gym and fallen victim to overcrowded classes, overzealous trainers and overpriced services...but I didn't. Instead I chose a small, but mighty fitness studio that is tailored to my needs and supports my efforts in making me the strongest I can be. Couple that with their focus on healthy living and eating and I have everything I need in a partner that again, truly wants to see me succeed. I love My House Fitness and recommend you stop in and see for yourself.

Alix is an excellent trainer. Not only is he knowledgeable about fitness, he listens carefully to understand what your goals are and what limitations you may have, if any. I'm very serious about getting into shape. I asked Alix to push me hard to the point of complete exhaustion where I couldn't go any longer and now I'm seeing results! He will show no mercy but as the saying goes, "no pain, no gain." In the past I've had trainers that don't pay much attention to you, but not Alix. He monitors every movement you make to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and not injure yourself. He not only trains you, he teaches you. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. He will answer any questions you might have. I would highly recommend Alix as your personal trainer.

I hired Brittan to train me at my home and to help me find a variety of ways to strengthen my entire body while working around a heavily deteriorated spine and damaged hip. We work around my chronic pain and when a particular exercise becomes painful (versus challenging), he always has an alternative for me to try. I highly recommend him for his existing knowledge, continued efforts to learn more, great attitude, dependability and effectiveness no matter your fitness level or abilities. I always feel heard amid the extensive list of constraints doled out by my body, doctors and physical therapists, which has led me to trust Brittan with the exercises he provides me and encouragement he gives as I fight my physical battles.
