"John has been training me on and off for two years now, and I love it. I've done both his Boot Camps and personal training. I've also recently got my mom to come with me twice a week and he's been training us together. I love that he can personalize the work out even when there are two of us there. And even though there are two of us, he does a great job of watching both of our forms to make sure we're both safe. John would do a great job of making the work out exactly what each of us needed that day.
JC has so much knowledge about fitness and the human body and applies it to every single training session. I love that there are exercises we can count on, and see our progress on, but he always has new ones to challenge us, too.
I'm so grateful that he is extremely cautious of injuries and will change the exercise to work around whatever hurts, but still giving the same benefits. Whenever I come in with an injury he always changes the day to work around it, but to also strengthen the muscles around the injury to speed up the healing time.
John is all about all around health and so will help you with diet plans and life coaching too, which he's a pro at. He's been teaching me that a lot of times what keeps you from succeeding at an exercise is what's going on in your head and John does a great job getting you out of any and all bad thinking habits.
I've seen so much improvement in all aspects of my life since training with JC and I can't imagine where I'd be without him. I love that I just keep getting stronger and stronger, mentally and psychically because of John's training."
