We hired Brandon as a personal chef for my wife's 50th birthday party. He was extremely helpful in putting together the menu, flexible in working with our choices, and very cost-effective. He and Ashley did a great job with setup, presentation, communication, and cleanup. The food was fantastic, from the appetizers (crab cakes in Cajun remoulade and summer spinach salad) to the entrees (fresh rockfish in a lemon dill cream sauce and steak with a red wine mushroom reduction) and the delicious chocolate cake. My wife and many of our friends are "foodies", and Brandon's meal earned an ovation from our group. Well done, and thanks for making my wife's special day extra special!
