Latest Review: Walt is a very nice guy and his facility has a good variety of both cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance workout equipment. He introduces many activities that can be easily replicated at home with inexpensive equipment. Then again, he has equipment that you would only have access to in a fitness facility (heavy ropes, punch/kick bags, rebounder, treadmill, recumbent bike, stepper). I have only had 3 sessions and look forward to a progressive program that will challenge me and result in weight loss and toning.
