Jones4Fitness responded to my on-line request and promptly suggested Mariam Said as a Fitness Trainer. I pay by check every five training sessions and Jones4Fitness has been very professional and prompt in their communications. VERY IMPORTANT to me was a trainer who could adapt exercises to my physical needs. I have had knee surgery with another surgery pending on my second knee and right shoulder rotator cuff issues. Since January 2014 Mariam has led me through increasingly higher levels of exercise; always checking to stay inside my pain boundaries but extending my capabilities. By constantly designing exercises around my various and changing physical needs Mariam has given me the confidence to stop protecting my sore arm and knees and move forward. I now have increased muscle strength, range and flexibility, feel energized and have also lost weight. I would recommend Mariam Said for her compassion, understanding and training expertise and Jones4Fitness for their professionalism. Thanks Pamela Rieser

I am a mom in her 40's who has struggled with weight issues and maintaining a consistent excercise routine for years. I started fitness training with Fitness Stop LLC a little over a month ago. I met with Robert for an initial consultation, and then I was paired with Garid as my trainer. Garid is great! He comes to my home twice a week. Each excercise session is different from the last, challenging, and motivating. Garid adjusts my program as needed to accommodate previous knee and shoulder injuries. He pushes me beyond what I knew I was capable of in a friendly but firm manner. He is encouraging and knowledgeable. I feel stronger already, and I am truly excited about this fitness journey. With Fitness Stop as my guide I feel my quest for healthy living is off to a great start!

I like to think I know when I'm doing when it comes to weight loss as I've lost over 275 pounds over three years. Then I hit a very frustrating eight month plateau and decided I needed help. That's when I met Agnese and employed her to get me back on track. I complain a lot when working out with her but I have now lost weight seven straight weeks and counting. Agnese is encouraging, disciplined and perhaps most importantly fun to train with. She has a way to push you harder to earn her approval and while she freely offers praise she is quick to correct you if you get lazy with form or effort. Agnese is certified to train for any fitness goal you may have. Our group training is made up of a variety of ages with a diverse end result as goals. Whether you want to lose a few pounds, train for an event or just develop better lifetime fitness Agnese is the trainer for you.

I discovered Jenise through thumbtack and by reading reviews about her. I had been seeking for a personal trainer. After my initial consultation, I knew that she was the trainer for me. To give an overview of my fitness level: I am 26. I am a non-athlete. Actually, I’m pretty uncoordinated and clumsy and have never regularly exercised before. I love yoga but I also never got into doing it regularly enough. Its rare to get the motivation for me to get up and go to the gym which is why I chose to seek a personal trainer that can come to me and give me an individualized service. When I contacted Jenise, she offered for a consultation and to see my goals and ultimately see if my schedule will fit in with hers. I should have worn appropriate clothing at that time to do a fitness assessment… nevertheless, after booking she came to me for the assessment, measurements, and weigh-in. We completed 12 sessions in a 1 month period. Just like learning a new skill or a language or an insurance for a healthier life in the future— every penny is worth it. If I could afford it, I would for sure continue working out with Jenise 3 times a week all my life!! But this has been a really great stepping stone to a STRONGER me. The workouts as other reviews mention are different each time although during every session you focus on different parts of the body. Usually you do one session focusing on lower body, one on upper body and one focusing on the core. She makes sure that your workout is high-intensity and always adds new moves or gadgets to the workouts to make it fun. Boxing, resistance training outside in the neighborhood, when the weather is nice, were some of the highlights for me. Even though, I liked the convenience of her coming to me.. I also liked going to her location at the end of the week to top off my workout and get the MOST out of my weekly workouts. Her gym has all the equipment needed to kick butt. She really understands the anatomy and where your weaknesses lie as a unique individual. She builds your workouts according to these and changes the number of repetitions or the amount of weight as necessary during the workout. She watches you closely on your form and ensures you get the most out of every exercise. I personally never liked working out because I never knew how to. I knew I had terrible form and didn’t know how to fix it. Jenise became a teacher to me and showed me how to properly lift. She also always reminded me to breathe when I exerted energy (I tend to hold my breath when I lift .. its no bueno!) Now I see that I have made progress and I have learned proper form, I am keen to continue with it. My 12 sessions came to an end last week. I would 100% renew more sessions with Jenise if it weren’t for my mother looking to join a gym with me. Right now, my finances and time aren’t allowing me to afford both, but I know for certain Jenise and I will be training again in the future. I can tell she has made a STRONGER me and I don’t want to lose any of what I have worked for this past month! If you are hesitant, I get that. Truly. But give it a shot. Jenise is wonderful. Trust her, she knows exactly what you need. I'm so glad I trusted her on this journey. I highly recommend CW3 to everyone!

Emmanuel is the best personal trainer I've ever experienced and one of the most knowledgable people I know about health that I've ever talked with. He works with you from the ground up to not just "get in to shape" but he will help develop a true and livable, healthy lifestyle in your workouts, nutrition, and day to day activities. WORKOUTS Emmanuel's work outs can be hard, but never grueling. Although If you are wanting to look like an athlete, he will definitely train you like one! Emmanuel doesn't yell at you and tries to throw more weight on you or pushes you to muscular failure. First he assesses the structural integrity of your body and muscular system and see how you move and handle weight. After a workout assessment, he will make suggestions on how to compensate or improve your overall balance. True and complete strengthening can really only take place once the body is working together in a balanced harmonizing way. A person cannot call themselves fit, if they only have one developed part of the body. The entire body has to be conditioned and developed; Total fitness. Once your form is in place, then he increases your function, progressively adding additional weight, reps and intensity/ variations.

If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. I highly recommend you give her a try. You will be glad you did!!

I worked with Paul for personal fitness training. It was a great experience--his style is tough but motivating. Paul helped me see that I can push myself to greater strengths. I could barely run a mile when I first started training with him. After 2 months I would be able to run 2.5 miles after some sessions! He was always prepared with workout routines and equipments. I went down about 10lbs working with Paul, through training and personalized meal plans. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get into better shape!

I have had an incredible experience with Worktime Fitness. I used to feel awkward about the way my shoulders were slightly slumped and my posture didn’t help. I wanted to portray confidence but I couldn’t wait it had my shoulders shaped the way they were. Due to timing and school I had a hard time getting motivated to go to the gym. I have been working with worktime fitness and over the course of 6 sessions I have seen such an improvement, not just in my shoulders. My body feels better (and a little sore) in the mornings and I feel stronger throughout the day. I definitely recommend Worktime Fitness to anyone looking to gain muscle, definition, or confidence.

First and foremost I like that Chad truly listens to what my husband and I say. For example, if we mention wanting to work on something or that some body part is having an issue, the next workout he brings in ideas based on research and reading he has done regarding what we mentioned. We learn so much about fitness from Chad and are workouts are tailored to what we have requested and are just the right level of difficulty for us.
