Renall has been my personal trainer since September 2015. When I decided to make the commitment to myself to be healthier and stronger, I had no background in working out other than cardio-type of exercising. I knew that I needed an experienced personal trainer to help guide me on this journey.
When I first met with Renall, he showed genuine interest in learning about me and what my goals were. He developed a work out program customized for me and my fitness level. His focus has always been and continues to be on helping me attain my health/fitness goals and keeping me on track. He takes the time to give me feedback and reevaluate to help me stay focused.
He is prepared for each session and gives 100% of his attention to ensure that I am using proper form to avoid injury and utilizing my time with him to get maximum results.
He also provides recommendations, guidance and support outside of our sessions to help keep me focused and motivated, which is something I definitely need!
