Sanford has been providing me personal training services for the past two weeks. I am impressed with Sanford's punctuality to my 5 am training session and his thoroughness pertaining to weightlifting form and nutrition.
I came to Winfrey looking to tone up and I can say without a doubt he has definitely fulfilled that request. I have only been training with him for 12 weeks now and can already feel and see a difference!
I just started training with Inde 1 week ago, but so far I am very impressed. I am working out harder than I have with other trainers in the past and she provided me with an easy to follow meal plan. She checks in with me almost daily and offers advice on my diet each time I see her.
Awesome workouts! You don't get stuck doing the same routine each time. Very flexible scheduling to match your needs. One on one training to push you, but not break you. Focus on how to move correctly and not just throw weights. Highly recommend!
Sasha is an amazing trainer. She knows what she is doing and how to make you sweat. She is also extremely knowledgable about the field. She has put in the time to research what is best for each individual client so that they have the best training experience.
Personal training. Renall is an amazing trainer and motivator. He wont give up on you and won't let you give up on yourself. He understands it is hard work but doesn't let you slack. The transformation so far has been amazing.
What I like about Brian is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
Angela is best and I saw the significant results after we started the training. We use to train 2 days a week from may of 2016 and I'm very disappointed that she has to move away to different place. She custom designed a meal plan and workout sets for me and that helped me a lot. Also, she is very good at motivation and pushing the thresholds to improve the endurance and agility training.
Doug helped me out a lot and completely accelerated my progress in the gym by teaching me the most effective way to train. His attitude and commitment to helping his clients is absolutely superb and I would definitely recommend him as a personal trainer. He trained me only one time per week and the results from the training sessions were really incredible. I got so much stronger in the least amount of time. All my family members were impressed. Overall 5 out of 5 excellent!
Leroy is fantastic in so many ways! He helped my daughter (who has some disabilities) move from aquatic therapy to swimming, which was such a big confidence boost for her. He was patient, observed her abilities and thoughtfully modified his training to teach her a “new” way to swim. He was equally caring and persistent, and we were sad when he moved away. Such a dedicated trainer and overall nice guy.
Kelsey is an excellent trainer. She is always very flexible when I need to rearrange my training sessions. She gets back to me immediately. She is also always changing up my routines to keep it interesting and challenging.
I love this class and working with Coach Lei. Every week is different and fun. She finds ways to make working out not such a chore while still making you sweat!!! When class is over you’re both exhausted and sad. She’s also very flexible when it comes to personal training and personal goals. I can’t say enough about my experience over the past year with Da Firma. We (myself and my children) love being part of this “family”
I started training with Mattie a few weeks ago. Our sessions are about 1 hour and she also develops a cardio plan for me to complete each week. She has been doing a fantastic job providing a fitness routine for me while being in the first trimester of pregnancy. She is a knowledgeable personal trainer who is helping me achieve a healthy pregnancy. Not only has she made me feel comfortable but was a great person to talk to during our sessions. I would definitely recommend her as a trainer!
Love Sara Benson's Pilates class. Crossfit Reanimated is a top notch facility...clean and spacious with new quality equipment. Sara is a great instructor...she pushes you without breaking you and conducts a fun and energetic class. Highly recommend!
I implement my yoga training into personal sessions. I thoroughly believe that if a lasting lifestyle change is to happen it is created day to day, moment by moment by working from a state of mind that is aware and pulls from the strength and health one already has to build a solid practice of right decision making and action. The no pain, no gain philosophy is not where I work from- I don't slave drive clients to fight for strength that is always on the horizon. We work from a place of building and growing on what strength is already there.
With hard work and limitless dedication, there will be results in a matter of six weeks! That's right, I can put my rent money on it!

I was a gymnast for 14 years before becoming a NCAA D1 cheerleader at Virginia Tech. I assist well with writing training plans and giving nutritionist advice. I also do private lessons for gymnastics and cheerleading.
