Latest Review: Anthony whose the Body Transformation owner really pushes me to work different areas of my body in training. I do a variety of different exercises that doesn't feel like a hamster on a wheel like at the gym. I enjoy the variety and different levels of moves and exercises. He's also very thorough on making sure sure I got the correct form performed correctly so that I don't get injured. He sure knows what he's doing as far as training goes. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer as he gives me "tough love" when it comes to fitness. I appreciate it when I look in the mirror and notice my slimmer figure over time. And he's a real cool guy on top of it all!

Latest Review: When I met Roxanne, I had upper leg strength issues. Very hard time getting up off the floor. She has helped me so much. I am now able to do floor exercises and get up without any assistance. She helps keep me motivated and moral support. She is not only my trainer but I like to think of her as a friend.

Latest Review: Maryliah is both motivating and extremely knowledgeable. She provided training that was tailored to my needs and abilities. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. As an experienced weight lifter she definitely walks the walk and doesn’t offer advice that she wouldn’t take herself. Thanks for the great workout and continued motivation!

Latest Review: I was looking for a personal trainer who could teach me how to do strength related exercise at my apartment gym. It was very important to me that I felt comfortable working with my trainer from home. Dan let me do my first workout at a local gym before I decided to hire him and then workout at home. I have been training with Dan for a month now and he is exactly what I was looking for in a personal trainer. He's always been very professional and really communicates with me during workouts. What I like about Dan is he takes the time to explain the logic behind each exercise and checks in with me constantly to ensure I understand. The other personal trainers I met did not really do this. I love learning and each workout session has felt valuable and encouraging. In addition to the workouts Dan has also helped me keep my food and nutrition in check each week. I had to use to doing a food log again but it is nice getting feedback on little things I can tweak. Overall, I really like how I can feel more confident in the gym doing something other than the treadmill. I was always afraid to do anything with weights (even my own body weight) because I thought I'd hurt myself. Now I go in the gym with a plan and basic understanding of the movements, correct posture, and etc. I'd definitely recommend Dan to any beginners out there. I'll be continuing my workouts with him.

Latest Review: Working w/Coach David has been tough but rewarding. He manages to push me right up to my limits, but knows when to come at something from a different tact or rework it if that particular day or exercise is too much. We constantly communicate about what goals I have for our training sessions, as well as the benefits for each activity. He's completely supportive and infinitely patient, and I come out of each session feeling like we've both done a lot of work and made progress.

Latest Review: Let me tell you about my experience with Marinello Fitness. I contacted Daniel approximately 6 months before I was due to go to Navy Boot Camp. I was 30 years old and at 195lbs, I was overweight. I hadn't really worked out very much in my life, and so I wasn't used to doing so and as such I was very unfit. I couldn't even do five push ups and I certainly couldn't run down to the end of the a football field without being out of breath about half way there. To be able to be boot camp ready I had to lose some pounds, be able to do more push ups and sit ups as well as run 1.5 miles. I had to be able to compete with 18 years old who were fresh out of high school. It was a very intimidating prospect for my future and it left me very anxious. After contacting Daniel, he promptly got back in touch with me and after first assessing my current level of fitness, he came up with a great work out plan to help me reach my goals and that met my budget restraints. The plan was for five days a week of personal training and was not overly difficult, and he was careful to help me make sure that I didn't injure myself. He also gave exceptional advice on diet and nutrition that was healthy, and would still enable me to have delicious food. Throughout the entire process Daniel was never judgmental and was very patient, pleasant, encouraging, and always cared about my long term success, he is an amazing motivator. By the end of my time time working with Daniel I ended up being able to reach all of my goals, losing more than 20lbs, and not only meeting, but exceeding the requirements to pass Navy Boot Camp. I was able to do more sit-ups than any of the 18 year-olds that were there! If you ever have the privilege to work with Daniel, I suggest you take it. He will help you reach all of your goals in a way better than anyone else can. I also know for a fact that Daniel is always getting big dollar offers from oil rich Sheikhs in the Middle East to help them with their fitness and their golf game, so make use of him while you still have him.

Latest Review: Matt uses innovative products and strives to tailor each workout according to the needs my son, Sebastian has. Sebastian is 18, with sensory issues and I have been amazed at his progress. Matt is working with Sebastian to strengthen his non-dominant side, his core, vestibular and proprioception. Each week, Matt has a lack to keep him interested and on track doing their work out. Sebass has discovered that he really enjoys boxing and says it's his favorite part of his work outs. Matt is fun, and is a great encourager. Sebastian says it's like working out with a friend.
