This was my first time looking for or working with any kind of personal trainer & it was honestly really easy with them. They were super attentive & wanted to make sure that I was completely comfortable with what was happening & who I’d be training with. They were so quick to respond at any time! The trainer was so nice & you could tell he knew what he was doing. I did only do the first session simply because it was over zoom, & unfortunately I felt as though I’d benefit much more from an in person trainer at a gym or something. But if you need something convenient, from home that’s super flexible this is for you! They were totally understanding when I chose not to continue & that’s really respectful (: I had a great experience with them !
