Coach Williams has been a heaven sent, I have been dealing with injuries caused by my Army service for well over 10yr now I have tried a large variety of wellness and fitness plans as well as physical therapy to no avail. The pain stiffness soreness never seemed to diminish. One day I was looking on Thumbtack just really browsing and seen advertisement for a personal trainer, I figured what do I have to lose. Myself and my wife met with Coach William Z I really didn't know what to expect but he was extremely personable and I felt very comfortable with him. He has been working with me now for three months and I have never felt better he takes your strengths and makes them stronger he takes your weakness and helps you overcome. Thank you coach for allowing me to remember what it feels like to be pain-free. Extremely highly recommended.
Holly is a wonderful trainer and all around person. She is focused on health and wellness, and really wants to help you reach your goals in an attainable way. I chose to meet with Holly once a week, but through an awesome app, she has helped me stick to my goals daily through various work outs and stretches, which she updates regularly. They say there are no quick fixes and that it's all about having a healthy lifestyle, and it's true. Holly will help you find a path to that lifestyle through fitness and nutrition. I came to her with very little upper body strength, and now I'm able to rock climb, deadlift and feel strong all over. With Holly you'll feel comfortable and at ease. She'll push you, but will also get to know your limits. "Do your best for today." I love working out with Coach Mihai! He makes the workouts fun and enjoyable and at the same time challenging. I am a new mom and need to have a balanced workout where I get challenged well at workout but also be able to carry out my work at home later on and Mihai makes sure my workouts are perfectly balanced!

Working with Hannah has been a life changing experience. She is a professional that can accommodate all levels of fitness from the elderly to the adolescent. In my case , I am middle aged and was out of shape with limited range of motion and little muscle mass. The results I've experience, which takes time and patience, have been due to being steady and consistent and trusting Hannah as my guide. She has been there 110% and helped me find confidence and strength I didn't think I had. I managed to stay focused on my goal to get strong and fi without getting hurt. Nick Koller has help me reach fitness goals that I could not otherwise do myself. The job was at Excellence Health and Fitness Gym. Although, we are still in progress Nick has been helping me train for 5 weeks now and I have already seen major inprovments in lower body fat and more muscle growth. What impressed me about the service is how much improvement I have been making in only 1 hour a session for 3 sessions a week. In addition, I really like how much I felt that Nick cared for my fitness goals and what I wanted to achieve. I have training with Nick for 5 weeks now and I would say he's exceeded my expectation of where I would want to be within this time. Nick has always been on time when we have scheduled sessions and he has been very flexible with my schedual. Given the results that I have shown I would say the quality of the work is excellent. I'm not sure I can say that there is anything that could have improved my experience because my experience was fantastic.
Chelsea was a great personal trainer. She built me specific workouts that were geared directly towards what I told her my goals were. I wanted to build defined muscles in my upper body and after working with Chelsea I was able to accomplish this. I would definitely recommend for any type of personal or fitness training you are seeking! 5 stars!

Autum is a fantastic personal fitness trainer. She is very knowledgeable on fitness training, nutrition and wellness, and she tailored a program specifically for my situation and health goals. I quickly saw results and I met all my objectives. I enjoyed my training sessions with Autum, she is professional, positive, friendly and easy to work with, and she truly cares about her clients. Working with Marti is an absolute delight! Marti communicates very well, she is always on time, and she works around my schedule so well! Anything I need Marti made it work. Marti provides effective workouts and food plans to help me reach my specific goals. My eating and overall heath is the best it's been in years and I honestly couldn't see myself going back to my old routine of inconsistent or unhealthy eating. I couldn't skip a meal if I wanted to after applying the meal plan Marti crafted and learning how to listen to my body when it comes to food. I wish there were ten stars to give Marti but five will do. If you're looking for a fun, involved, kind, intentional trainer, who even loves to bust out your workouts with ya, Marti is the trainer for you. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Jamie is very organized and prepared to train according to what your goals and limitations are. She is compassionate, yet firm on pushing me to the ppint I get out of my own head and strive for more than I think I can do. I live the flexibility of her schedule which helped me set up a specific time to train with her. She's motivated, encouraging and eager to see me succeed. I also like the fact that she can relate to me as a mom and wife who has a very on the go schedule but makes fitness a priority. I look forward to the next few weeks as my body shapes up more and I can begin to see the evidence of my hard work and her training to be great inside and out.
I have been working one-on-one with Maryliah for about a year now and I've been nonstop impressed with her work ethic and my fitness results. I went from deadlifting 0 to 140lbs in the span of just a few months. She always asks how I feel about each session and uses my feedback to improve the next work out routine. She's excellent at composing a routine that works around injuries as well. I have a bad knee and if I'm ever uncomfortable with an exercise she will immediately think of a substitute that still works on the same muscle groups.
Sheryl is by far the best personal trainer to work with if you want to achiever your health and fitness goals! I had a very intense, physical training coming up for work and Sheryl undoubtedly got me where I needed to be to prepare for this long term exercise. I had knee problems at the time and she expertly tailored our work outs to strengthen my knee without causing further damage. I know I would not have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I needed to be at without Sheryl's personal attention in our training sessions. She's the best!
Erica has been my Healthy Edge coach as well as my personal trainer. She is excellent. She is professional, knowledgeable, passionate about fitness and wellness, and a great motivator. She doesn't just teach the Healthy Edge program; she lives it! She practices what she preaches. I also attend her fitness classes, which are always excellent. I would recommend Erica as a Healthy Edge coach to anyone that is truly looking to change their life in a positive healthful way!
