After two years of being a stay-at-home parent and not utilizing my gym membership, I sought out personal training. At the time I needed some motivation as it was too easy to "throw in the towel" at the end of the day and relax on the couch. I was unhappy with my body and feeling lethargic daily. Just one month into working with Jeremy I noticed my energy increasing and my partner constantly told me how much happier I seemed. Jeremy, the owner and trainer at NJoy Fitness, is the perfect blend of trainer and life-coach. I've renewed with him several times already and have no plans to quite working with him. In the past, I have had several attempts at personal training and this is BY FAR the BEST and most rewarding experience I have ever had. I am so happy with Jeremy that I have been talking about my experience with everyone I know. Jeremy is patient and supportive as well as absolutely knowledgeable. He is flexible with scheduling- which is a great bonus for my busy family life. He pushes you hard and also recognizes your limitations. Good form and proper technique are more important to him than breaking your body getting in three more reps. I cannot say enough good things about his methodology and energy. If you are on the fence about who to choose as a trainer...trust me, you will be glad you did!

I love working out at Create Fitness because it's always high energy and it's always different. George, the owner of Create Fitness, gives great advice and his workouts are fun and challenging! You can work at your own level and pace. Highly recommended!!
Coach William is the bomb! I have been working out with him for the last six weeks and he knows it all! We talk about fitness and nutrition the different schools of thought surrounding both while I warm up and discuss benefits and modifications to the exercises that I can't yet do fully. He has a comprehensive approach and helps me set goals tailored to me individually. I highly recommend him!
I love Holly! Although sometimes I hate her. She is constantly pushing me to work at meeting my personal fitness goals. Holly never yells like a drill instructor, she uses positive feedback to motivate me to do one more rep or hold the stretch just a little longer. After 10 weeks I am feeling healthier and in better physical condition than I have in years.
Anthony is simply the best of the best. He has assisted me with diet, nutrition facts and fitness. I'm in my late 40's and feel better ever! I spent years at crossfit and cycling and never achieved the results I've seen with Anthony. His approach isn't just fitness based, it is education based. I have a much better understating of the workouts I am doing and why. Amazing.
I ended up meeting Mi as my personal trainer and I was exremely happy with the way he understood my goal and constantly working with me to help my goals. I have a lower back problem and cervical spine issues. So I was not so flexible in lifting weights and working out. Mi helped me in identifying my weak spots and teaching me different ways to build strength in those areas. I was able to do more and different workout than I used to do before. He is really a cool guy to work with and is serious about his clients. I strongly recommend him.
I've been working out with Melissa and absolutely love it! From the beginning, she's been prompt replying back to me and always text me back almost immediately. She knows her stuff regarding fitness, strength training, and fat loss. She also is very knowledgeable about arthritis and constantly checks in with me to insure no further injury to my knees. She's AMAZING!

Matt and his team of trainers are top notch in all areas. They tailor their training techniques to the needs of their clients, helping them achieve their training goals. I have been training with Matt and attending boot camp classes for 7 years, and it has been well worth my time and money. I highly recommend Turning Point Studios, whether you are training for a marathon or need to recover from or prevent injuries (like me).
Nick Koller has help me reach fitness goals that I could not otherwise do myself. The job was at Excellence Health and Fitness Gym. Although, we are still in progress Nick has been helping me train for 5 weeks now and I have already seen major inprovments in lower body fat and more muscle growth. What impressed me about the service is how much improvement I have been making in only 1 hour a session for 3 sessions a week. In addition, I really like how much I felt that Nick cared for my fitness goals and what I wanted to achieve. I have training with Nick for 5 weeks now and I would say he's exceeded my expectation of where I would want to be within this time. Nick has always been on time when we have scheduled sessions and he has been very flexible with my schedual. Given the results that I have shown I would say the quality of the work is excellent. I'm not sure I can say that there is anything that could have improved my experience because my experience was fantastic.

Jamie was an amazing trainer! I loved the fact she had a home gym it was much more comfortable than going to a public gym. She was very flexible with scheduling. She is very nice and makes you feel like a friend but also pushes you and your fitness growth. She is awesome and highly recommended.

Maryliah is an amazing personal trainer. I have been working out with her for 6 months, and my body and mind are so much better for it! She is a great coach: encouraging, supportive, enthusiastic. She customizes workouts to meet my goals, makes accommodations if I have an injury, and makes it fun! She focuses a lot on good form, which is so important for weight lifting. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
Working out and especially using weights used to be something I didn’t believe I was capable of. The foundational information Peter has taught me has allowed me to feel safe and get the most benefit out of my workouts. It also showed me that weight training wouldn’t make my body bulky or huge. It’s helped me develop lean muscle and sculpt my body in a way I have always yearned for. Peter’s instruction and coaching has enabled me to create a sustainable fitness and wellness lifestyle that I never thought possible. I’ve since gained a newfound confidence lifting weights and working out that I’ve never had before in my entire life. I have even taught a few boxing classes! Without Peter’s guidance I know I wouldn’t be where I’m at physically or mentally.
I have workes with Lynn Hajnal for nearly a dozen years, which certainly attests to my opinion of her excellence as a personal trainer. She is very knowledgable about functional training, strength training, and nutrition. She is very skilled at developing an individual program that meets each client's needs. She is very flexible and adaptable in working with her clients, and really cares about their well-being.
Love working with my future trainer. She's excellent at scheduling workouts around my busy life, and the variety I get is far beyond what I was able to do on my own. This is really a great program if you want the accountability of a real person plus the convenience of being able to do workouts wherever. I can do workouts when traveling, at home, at the gym. They also customize the workout to the gear I have available, which makes it super easy. It's also great having an app to reach out to my trainer, rather than waiting for my weekly training session to ask questions. Megan's very punctual with responses, and very understanding with all my concerns. Overall this is an excellent service. Much recommended.
