Latest Review: I was very sad to leave my training sessions with Jeremy due to moving out of state. Jeremy is an excellent professional at what he does, not only does he help you on how to best reach your goal but he also teaches you why it is the best approach. He is very attentive to how your body is reacting to the exercises and adjust them if necessary. I have never been a fan of excersing but Jeremy made it fun, challenging, and very educational :). I highly recommend him!

Latest Review: Anthony whose the Body Transformation owner really pushes me to work different areas of my body in training. I do a variety of different exercises that doesn't feel like a hamster on a wheel like at the gym. I enjoy the variety and different levels of moves and exercises. He's also very thorough on making sure sure I got the correct form performed correctly so that I don't get injured. He sure knows what he's doing as far as training goes. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer as he gives me "tough love" when it comes to fitness. I appreciate it when I look in the mirror and notice my slimmer figure over time. And he's a real cool guy on top of it all!

Latest Review: MP is a fantastic trainer and super easy to work with. She has accommodated my physical ailments with custom workouts, she has handled my erratic work schedule, and has been unfailingly encouraging, upbeat, professional, and a joy to be around. I've made great progress with ML (~50 lbs weight loss to date) and look forward to continuing to get stronger and more functionally fit with her.

Latest Review: I was looking for a personal trainer who could teach me how to do strength related exercise at my apartment gym. It was very important to me that I felt comfortable working with my trainer from home. Dan let me do my first workout at a local gym before I decided to hire him and then workout at home. I have been training with Dan for a month now and he is exactly what I was looking for in a personal trainer. He's always been very professional and really communicates with me during workouts. What I like about Dan is he takes the time to explain the logic behind each exercise and checks in with me constantly to ensure I understand. The other personal trainers I met did not really do this. I love learning and each workout session has felt valuable and encouraging. In addition to the workouts Dan has also helped me keep my food and nutrition in check each week. I had to use to doing a food log again but it is nice getting feedback on little things I can tweak. Overall, I really like how I can feel more confident in the gym doing something other than the treadmill. I was always afraid to do anything with weights (even my own body weight) because I thought I'd hurt myself. Now I go in the gym with a plan and basic understanding of the movements, correct posture, and etc. I'd definitely recommend Dan to any beginners out there. I'll be continuing my workouts with him.

Latest Review: Working w/Coach David has been tough but rewarding. He manages to push me right up to my limits, but knows when to come at something from a different tact or rework it if that particular day or exercise is too much. We constantly communicate about what goals I have for our training sessions, as well as the benefits for each activity. He's completely supportive and infinitely patient, and I come out of each session feeling like we've both done a lot of work and made progress.

Latest Review: Let me tell you about my experience with Marinello Fitness. I contacted Daniel approximately 6 months before I was due to go to Navy Boot Camp. I was 30 years old and at 195lbs, I was overweight. I hadn't really worked out very much in my life, and so I wasn't used to doing so and as such I was very unfit. I couldn't even do five push ups and I certainly couldn't run down to the end of the a football field without being out of breath about half way there. To be able to be boot camp ready I had to lose some pounds, be able to do more push ups and sit ups as well as run 1.5 miles. I had to be able to compete with 18 years old who were fresh out of high school. It was a very intimidating prospect for my future and it left me very anxious. After contacting Daniel, he promptly got back in touch with me and after first assessing my current level of fitness, he came up with a great work out plan to help me reach my goals and that met my budget restraints. The plan was for five days a week of personal training and was not overly difficult, and he was careful to help me make sure that I didn't injure myself. He also gave exceptional advice on diet and nutrition that was healthy, and would still enable me to have delicious food. Throughout the entire process Daniel was never judgmental and was very patient, pleasant, encouraging, and always cared about my long term success, he is an amazing motivator. By the end of my time time working with Daniel I ended up being able to reach all of my goals, losing more than 20lbs, and not only meeting, but exceeding the requirements to pass Navy Boot Camp. I was able to do more sit-ups than any of the 18 year-olds that were there! If you ever have the privilege to work with Daniel, I suggest you take it. He will help you reach all of your goals in a way better than anyone else can. I also know for a fact that Daniel is always getting big dollar offers from oil rich Sheikhs in the Middle East to help them with their fitness and their golf game, so make use of him while you still have him.

Latest Review: *Six sessions package review* I have lived a sedentary lifestyle (too much computer!) for most of my adulthood (21-31) with minuscule to no training. I've been to the gym maybe a handful of times during that time? I decided to do something about it finally, and am glad I found Kendall. He is a great teacher of technique, a "positivity"-driven motivator, and will be by your side to talk with you when you're out of breath and on the ground for 10 minutes! He creates lesson plans daily and then uploads them to a Google drive where you can look at them later. I say an area is sore, he pinpoints it and details the reason why it is. Also if it hurts too much, he cuts that exercise immediately. He is diligent about avoiding injury. Communication is great. I also had to postpone a session once, and we rescheduled, no problem! After three sessions, I was fiddling with my computer chair settings that have been set for 2 years+. I didn't think much of it until after the sixth workout where I realized my posture had improved! It just felt super crisp and natural. It was quite a "eureka" moment for me that I need this in my life. And I can also (almost) touch my toes without bending my knees (with foam rolling and stretching on the side) which is great progress. 5/5 - Recommended from a newbie! *14 sessions booked after*

Latest Review: Holly is friendly, very knowledgable, challenging, kind, and inspiring. She is an excellent listener with a great sense of humor who is very perceptive about how she can help you, and also knows when it's time to challenge you to go a bit further with your workout. Holly is extremely flexible in terms of scheduling, and has been super about accommodating me and my workout partner. She understands the demands of professionals and parents, and is willing to adjust accordingly. No two workouts are ever the same, so I never feel "stuck" or bored with working out with Holly! I trust her implicitly to know what we should work on each time. Holly is also knowledgable and supportive of good nutrition and healthy weight loss if you are interested in that. But she is clear that the number on the scale is not as important as the way you feel. And I feel great! Without focusing on it, I've lost weight and fat percentage, and gained muscle, and I feel so much better, happier, and stronger since I started working with Holly. I'm so pleased with the results that I've asked Holly to be a consultant on outfitting a home gym for my family. So listen--Look no further--contact Holly now and get fit for the holidays!
