Heather W. says, "Wow! Naz was amazing. We hired him to install a skirt board where there was previously just holes and random patchiness around the stairs. When shopping around for a contractor and asking for quotes, Naz was the only one who gave a broken down itemized quote. On top of the transparency, the quote was extremely fair. All other places quoted me double the amount and couldn’t explain what it was for or hyper inflated the price of materials. When Naz arrived, he told me honestly that the trim on my upper and bottom floor were not going to match the skirt board at all and that it would be ugly if he didn’t replace it. He also pointed out the existing holes and imperfections on that trim and offered to replace them for a fair price. Another thing he wanted to make clear was that there would be visible lines in certain places and if that was okay (I couldn’t even see the lines afterwards anyways btw). On top of this, he completed the work (solo) a day sooner than he originally estimated. The finished work was absolute perfection. He even gave us the bucket of paint to keep if we ever want to redo the stairs again! Despite the foundation of our stairs being absolute shit and kind of warped to begin with, he worked around this issue and made them look perfect anyways. We loved his work so much that we are actually hiring him for more projects. I will also be recommending him to all my friends who own homes. Seriously, Naz is an incredibly hard worker, transparent, and honest- something you rarely come by nowadays. You won’t regret hiring him!!!"See more
