The Ready Rooter team was very responsive and came out within hours after contacting them - 8:30 pm! They confirmed with their power snake that we had a "severe" blockage approximately 25' downline. High potential for major work, as our house was build in 1946 and it is uncertain the kind of drtain pipe use and its condition. Team needed to return next day with power jet and camers to try and open blockage and determine status of sewer line. To eliminate any potential damage to our new kitchen, they did all work from the roof and outside. Fortunately, they were able to blast through the blockage, and we did not have to cut through our foundation to fix the line. High quality work, helpful and clear and in explaining situation, tidy and neat and respectful of our home. Highly recommend their services."See more

All were unsuccessful and it was determined that we most likely would need to open the wall and correct the issue. James was the first to reply and was available and very responsive. Once on the job, he was able to identify the initial issue and then went the extra mile to make sure there were no more issues. Turns out there was another issue that could have been terrible. Pine Rooter helped me unclog my driveway ground-level French drain with a hydro jet. I did not clean out the debris in the catch basin for a few years (oops!), and some roots grew in, so the whole thing flooded in the rain. It only took ~45m with the hydro jet to clear it all out, and the technician verified with my garden hose that it was now draining. Pine Rooter gives a fair price for hydro jetting (as even the equipment rental is somewhat expensive).

Hopefully I won't need any pipe cleaning in a while, but if I do I'll be giving Pine Rooters a call for sure! They got in touch a couple hours after I sent a request and after chatting for a couple minutes I had an estimate for the fix and had scheduled for them to visit the next day. They arrived at the start of their estimated arrival time, fixed the clog quickly, cleaned up, and did it all for a good price! They also gave me so advice about why they thought the clog had developed and a warranty in case I ran into any problems the next handful of weeks. It's been great not having to worry about the washing machine backing up my drain! 😅 Absolutely recommend!

He was very polite and handed me his business card before coming in as a nice gesture to set me at ease. He even took off his shoes before coming in which was great because I can’t even get my boyfriend to do that! Roberto got to work and quickly found the problem while explaining what he was doing. He was in and out in no time at all and our drain is finally doing its job again. Since Roberto also does electrical, I don’t need to look any further to find a bonafide handyman here in Seattle!
