My hot water tank died and no one likes to be without hot water. I ran across Regulators Plumbing working in my neighborhood. I talked with Jason and found out he was a new local company. I like hiring local guys and his price was good. He came by the next morning first thing and was done right away. Easy. I can see my other plumbing projects getting completed soon too. Kevin
Mogi and his crew painted multiple interior areas in our home where we’d done some remodeling. They also hung crown in our family room and installed customized casing around a built-in wine fridge. They showed up on time and worked efficiently, and the work was good quality. When finished they were willing to touch up anywhere I asked. Mogi is very interested in making sure you are happy with the final product. This is refreshing. Part of the job involved trying to fix some shoddy work another contractor had just done on casing and texture, and they did a good job to fix that as best they could. Mogi proved himself on this project and I would definitely recommend his services. I am in discussions with him now to hire him and his crew for a larger garage remodel project.
Revol repaired sheetrock at my home. They did a very good job with the repairs. After paint, you can't tell there once was damage. They made a bit of a mess, but after I told them, they came back and cleaned it up.
We have used several Pro.com contractors as we prepare our home for sale. Triple Power addressed some dry-rot in cedar siding and an interior closet floor and subfloor. They were professional and the finish in both cases exceeded our expectations.
Marvin did an amazing job renovating my rental's kitchen from new cabinets to the floor! His work was done in a timely manner and was very respectful of my renters.
Anthony worked on my project and gave helpful insights into other options I could do and was very understanding when I asked to change the scope of work half way through... Dave was awesome also, will definitely hire again because they made the whole experience easy and under budget
Bob and his associate Rick did an outstanding job with the projects that we hired them for. Bob and Rick installed our 3 ceiling fans with no attic space or any electrical set-up to start on the project! They knew exactly what they were doing and did an excellent job of installing all 3 fans as well as completing other various projects around our home. I HIGHLY recommend Bella Designs.
Very thorough. Treated the project as if it were his own home. Would use him again.
Our experience with Hawaiian Construction was great! We wanted to remodel our kitchen. After four contractors came out and gave us pretty varying bids from people who didnt instill trust or confidence that they could do the job well we tried finding someone else through Thumbtack. They recommended Robert Black from Hawaiian Construction. I called him up and he was very professional and listened well. He came out to our house the next day and had some really good ideas with a fair price. He instilled confidence and trust for us right away. Robert and his wife Julie were very friendly, professional and did a great job. Every day when we came home from work, the construction supplies were always folded up neatly and tucked away in a corner. They cleaned up very well each day. The project was completed on time and done extremely well. We plan on using Hawaiian Construction for our next project and hopefully for each one going forward. We highly recommend Hawaiian Construction. Its difficult to find a good contractor and this is a real find. Sincerely, Kim Alger
We initially hired Brandin for an electrical job but lucky for us, he was a an all-in-one home improvement general contractor. He was adaptable with our ever growing to-do list. We ended up asking him to do our trim in our laundry room, siliconing our shower, and now building a gate for us, and other random jobs! Very fair and honest pricing, professional, and recommended!
Chris and his son did some framing for my new construction home. The worked fast and the work was very good quality. Thanks!
Michael and sound pacific are the best! I'm a real estate investor and have used them for one of my most resent renovation project. The renovation was everything from floor to ceiling, bathroom to kitchen and they did a great job. Easy to communicate and great attention to details. Definite be using them again.
Michael Casey is a top-notch professional. Honest, timely, hard-working, and stands by his work. We found Michael through Thumbtack, and I know the next time I need a project done on my home, Michael will be my first call. Exceeded my expectations without a doubt!
We had All Phases building remodel our kitchen in September. John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the process. He put up with a lot of questions from us with a big smile. It took about an extra 7 days to complete over estimated time frame but the extra time was well worth it. We love our new kitchen!
Erin was very helpful in my decision-making process for my bathroom remodel. It was my first remodel, so I needed the guidance of a professional. I am delighted with the result and highly recommend Erin for your home project. I will call on her again for second bathroom and kitchen remodels and window treatments.
Benny and his team have been a pleasure to work with. I brought them in to complete a bathroom remodel after my last contractor proved to be incompetent and unreliable. Benny's crew does solid work, they care about the quality of the work they do, they have a good working relationship with each other, they are clean while they work, and they are fairly priced. Benny is great at communicating as needed. They finished my bathroom and did some extra electrical work for me in less than a week. I'm pleased with the results and I will be hiring them again.
Design kitchen & bath (Vlad) the owner, was nothing but a great communicator and satisfied my vision I , had for my kitchen and bathrooms , since I have a business in my home he renovated 4 , of my bathrooms and my kitchen,he has wonderful workers ,who worked with in my time management and provided me with all my questions I had.I would recommend them to absolutely anyone I know ! Thank you Vlad, for your work.
It has been a pleasure to work with Neggassi on our home remodel. We purchased a home from 1979 that was well loved and needed all new trim, baseboards, window sills, etc. Many of the walls are not perfectly straight and neither are the floors making it difficult to line everything up. Neggassi’s carpentry skills aretop notch! His quality of work and detail made it so you can’t even tell the walls aren’t straight. I would highly recommend Neggassi as a master carpenter. You will be very pleased with the results. He is also extremely responsive, easy to work with, and puts the customer’s needs first. We will be using him again.
Mike was very professional and patient with us as it was the first house my son has owned and he was dreading the process of home remodeling. Mike is a hard worker and trustworthy. Everything he and his crew did looks great and the work has really updated the house. I will definitely recommend him to others in the Seattle area.
John was great to work with as a painter, and we will for sure use him again as a contractor. He is great person to get along with and he gets the job done. Couldn't be more pleased. Painted our whole house in a reasonable amount of time, and we appreciated that we could go to work and trust our house to him. Thanks John!!!
My builder for life The people at Fine Design Build are part craftsman, part artist, part magician. I learned the hard way, courtesy of my previous builder, that you need all three qualities in your contractor. Most builders, quite frankly, operate with only one or two of those qualities - and then only in varying degrees of goodness. Like a two-legged stool, it shows in the results. If you want it done right- and not only right, but beyond what you might ask or imagine - I can't imagine a better choice than Fine Design Build. As I write this review, we're finishing up the remedial work on what passes for "industry standard" (right!, Industry standard is a code term for shoddy workmanship, inferior materials, crooked walls, bad ergonomic design, squeaky subfloors, poor paint work, bad excavation, and so on), and I am amazed that they have made some pretty challenging projects look like they were done right the first time- as originally intended! Considering what they had to work with (so-called industry standard), its incredible really. That's where the magician part comes in. With future big projects planned (a shop/barn and a timber frame home), it is comforting to know I have found a builder for life. I only wish I knew Fine Design Build before I got started on this cottage - you know, the one built to industry standards. If this review sounds a bit over the top, it's only because the results are over the top - results that have swung me from utterly frustrated to completely overjoyed.
