I'm disabled do to several hip surgeries and cancer. Kacey was able to provide a challenging workout that improved many of the areas that had suffered from disease and surgeries! She was very supportive and challenged me at many levels. I would recommend Kacey to anyone in need of a fitness trainer.
I have trained with Dan Parrish for little under a year, 2-3 times a week. I have seen amazing results! What makes Dan a stand out trainer is his enthusiasm for his clients and profession, his flexible schedule, and his goal oriented training. As a person who loves to work out but is sometimes slowed down by a weak back, Dan has specifically geared my workout to improve the health of my back and core. Not only has my core and back continued to get stronger because of my personalized training but I am continuously educated on ways to stay healthy. The training facility is well stocked with sports performance equipment, weights, and the dreaded sled. Every training session I am welcomed and surrounded by other clients with goals ranging from weight loss to sport performance improvement. I would highly recommend Dan Parrish to anyone seeking to loose a few pounds, improve as a competitive athlete, or a weekend warrior.
In my time working out with Mr. Gates, I was taught a significant amount of techniques on how to workout properly. Mr. Gates was always prepared with a workout plan, and would describe why the workout would work best for me. I loved the workouts he would provide me with, and during the time period of being trained by Mr. Gates I had improved greatly on my squat, and bench. Which was the reason I had came to Mr. Gates for. I would highly recommend Mr. Gates to anyone who wants to know more about their body, and how to improve it most.
I absolutely love working with Kat! She is both proactive and flexible. She always plans ahead with me, which can be tough given my schedule. I love that she pushes me every time we work out, while being very conscious about safety and how far my body can go. She's also very encouraging, and I always leave feeling in the best mood, both because I got a good workout and because she gave me the confidence to finish the workout mentally. I would definitely recommend her to anyone - whether you're looking to lose a few pounds or be pushed to the next level. She's an amazing athlete and a wonderful trainer!
I was skeptical that I could get a serious workout in just 15 minutes - and just 2 times a week, but wow! Sondra takes me through every rep until I can't go any further and then a little bit more... I have never pushed myself like she pushes me. When we're done in 15 minutes, I'm like, "that's it?" but my body feels like I've done a 45 minute + workout. I highly recommend looking up Sondra ant the Exercise Institute!
I have done both personal training and bootcamp classes with Amy Brantner and the other A Personal Fit instructors. All the instructors challenge and motivate you through each workout. The classes are designed for both beginner and the advanced fitness levels. I was impressed with the level of personal attention client receives and how accountable they make each client. I have found success and met many of fitness goals through A Personal Fit's guidance and support!
I have enjoyed working out for 35 years. When we moved to Scottsdale our community fitness center had a trainer named Craig. I liked his bio so for over two years I used him several times a week for an hour to train me. My loss that he has moved away. Craig always challenged me and encouraged me. He varied my workout constantly. Craig is extremely knowledgable about nutrition as well as fitness training. He sets a constant example everyday by eating healthy and working out himself. Anyone would be fortunate to have Craig as a private trainer.

I have been training with Josh for a month now at the fitness center. This is the first time I have ever joined a gym or had a trainer. ive tried working out and training on my own in the past and lost interest or felt I was getting nothing from it. I like how josh has been stressing proper form and technique it has made it easier for me since my back and shoulder are not in the best of shape. As of today I signed up for 4 more weeks and can't wait to see the results. I would recommend Josh to everyone.

Lisa was my instructor for a class at the YMCA called Metabolic Makeover. Its been a few years ago. I was sad when she left the YMCA because I liked her teaching skills. She was a great instructor and did the workout with the group. She knew what she was doing and helped me learn proper for when lifting. This class was the 1st workout class I did in my life and she made me feel comfortable in working out and I still do today. I also like how fit and athletic Lisa is. She is a great example to working out and eating healthy
I trained with Caleb two to three times per week for several months before my husband and I moved away across the country. I have been an avid fan of regular exercise for most of my adult life. But, for various reasons I was never quite able to achieve my fitness goals. I had tried multiple types of exercise routines, diets, and hired half a dozen different trainers, but never quite got to where I wanted to be. Just when I was about ready to give up, I met Selena and after a brief consultation, decided to give her a try. I have to say that at first, I was skeptical because her methods were different to anything I had been shown before. But, using her unique combination of core and strength training, stretching and flexibility exercises, and cardio, she was able to help me reach both my strength and weight goals in a relatively short period of time. I now look and feel better than I have in years! And, just for the record, I recently celebrated my 52nd birthday. I regret losing her as a trainer but, I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about reaching their fitness goals!

Luke is a great trainer! I worked with him for a year and he made a big difference in my fitness level, especially in conditioning, which we focused on (as a personal preference). He kept the workouts interesting and fast paced and used every minute to challenge me. His physical therapy knowledge was very helpful in working around my post-surgery knee - both in appropriate exercises and proper alignment and form. And a review must include Luke's cheery disposition - he is always upbeat and encouraging and made going to the gym a highlight of my week. I highly recommend Luke for any training needs.
I am a busy homeschooling mom of two. I have recently decided to put the extra effort and time which I don't have much of, to get healthy! I have been working with Cortney for several months now and needless to say I am feeling great and more motivated than ever to get back into shape. When I first started I could NOT even run for 5 minutes. No joke. Last week I ran a mile in 12 minutes. Now to some that may seem slow. For me....that is huge. Cortney has listened to my concerns, motivated me to keep going and never once made me feel bad for not being able to do a certain workout. She adapts and changes so I am comfortable and making progress. I've lost an accumulation of six inches in less than three months and lost 6% body fat!!!!!! She is on time and ready to go and it rarely takes me more than an hour to complete my workouts. I have her personal number and she is always willing to find a time that works for me.
