I have been working with Lukas as my personal trainer for over 4 years now. He does an excellent job at keeping things fun and challenging, so I have never felt bored or discouraged. He is upbeat & energetic, which is great when I come in after work just wanting to take a nap. He does an excellent job teaching about other aspects of health & wellness, not just workouts/lifting, and he is actively furthering his education by earning additional certifications. His flexible schedule works great for me, as my work schedule is not a regular M-F, 9-5. He has always been understanding if something comes up that I need to reschedule our session, and responds to reschedule right away. It was intimidating for me to think about working with a personal trainer when I first started. However, I have never felt pressured to do anything that I can't do- yet it seems like Lukas knows my true limits better than I do, and he does a great job encouraging me to figure them out.
Tommy is a wonderful and very professional trainer. I had a pleasure working with him for over a year during and after my pregnancy. His training methods were very innovative and very purpose oriented, helping me manage my pregnancy weight through his functional training methods and later, loose weight after I had my baby. I've been a personal training client with Jo for over two years (usually doing co-sessions with a friend) and always really look forward to the sessions (on average once a week). She has helped me recover from back and hip injuries successfully and I trust her expertise in rehab protocols completely. For the regular training sessions, she always knows just how much to push without making the whole experience unpleasant! In fact the sessions are lots of fun and filled with good humor. I've recently started attending Qi Gong at her suggestion and love that as well. I highly recommend her.

Curtis' work ethic is top notch. He introduced me to numerous different types of Cardio Training. Super creative and knowledgeable. Knows his progressions and how to apply them individually to help you attain whatever movement/exercise you want to attain or perfect.
