Greg Herceg is a fabulous trainer/PT specialist. I say PT specialist in that he applies his knowledge of the human form to resolve any and all issues regarding bodily movement and the lack thereof. Both my husband and myself have undergone PT Doctor visits, but with Greg's knowledge, we haven't had to revisit the PT doctors since he took charge of our training sessions, almost a year ago. It is quite remarkable Greg's ability to hone in on a muscle, ligament, or joint, ailment, and within 2 or 3 weeks the pain is a thing of the past. In my case, I had an IT Band problem with one of my legs. Now, it is no longer a problem. Within a month and a half, I was feeling no pain. And now, almost 12 months later it is gone. With my husband it was Plantar Fasciitis. After a month of working out with Greg, he is "cured". What did Greg do for us to achieve relief from our aches and pains? It was simple. We just went to the Xperience Fitness Gym for a classes with him on a weekly basis. He takes over from there with exercises using a wide variety of equipment offered at the gym. All we do is follow his instructions for each exercise he includes in our workouts. He also, watches us constantly to ensure that we are doing his workouts properly. After 45 minutes under his supervision, we are a bit tired but feeling so much better in every way. He is definitely knowledgeable in all aspects of his profession. And there has never been a time in this past year that we didn't receive a stellar workout, to resolve any aches and pains that may spring up, as well as making us feeling refreshed, energetic and ready to take on the day.
I give Dave 5 star plus . I am from Arizona and I go and visit packer land often and I like to stay active and found Dave as a professional Trainer and I was very pleased with his knowledge on physical training. . I will definitely hired him again when I go back to wisconsin Brenda.

Every workout with Matt gets me excited for the next one! He is very friendly and motivating during workouts. Not only have I learned new exercises, but also ways to improve technique with old ones. Our workouts typically alternate between strength training and circuit training. Workouts are creative with different types of equipment being utilized and main muscle groups targeted. The approach I take in teaching self-defense is unique because I do not teach one style or one way, but rather, I take the best from various martial arts and fit them to the individual's strengths and weaknesses. I break it down in such a way that kids can even understand it, and I put them through real-life simulated scenarios to raise confidence in skill against the dangers of reality. The classes are separated by levels which are Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert, and Master. Each level builds on the premise of the previous level, and there are graduation benefits to those that pass the test to move up in training.
