"Jeff is a great personal trainer who takes the time to research specific exercises for each of his clients. For me I was recovering from a significant disk injury and Jeff was able to come up with personal training workout plans that helped strengthen other muscle groups while my back was still recovering yet. I was worried about keeping a good form with all of my exercises and he was there to point out when certain muscles fatigued and correct my form as needed. He definitely has tough love when it comes to pushing clients to their max, but does so professionally and in a fun manner. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is new into personal training or someone who does not know what they are doing in the gym. Thanks Jeff!!!"

"Joe was my personal trainer for over a year and I was very satisfied with the quality of training he provided. My program included a warm-up, progressive power-lifting, metabolic conditioning, and stretching. The exercises were fun, challenging, and at times quirky. No two workouts were ever the same. Joe adapted and modified the program around my needs instead of trying to plug me into some preset routine. I learned that a person does not have to spend two hours in the gym every day in order to see results. With Joe’s guidance and encouragement, I was able to accomplish things I never thought possible. Joe really listens to and cares about his clients. He demonstrates a willingness to research, explain, and physically demonstrate each technique. He is not afraid to pull in movement from many types of disciplines. This keeps the workouts fresh and interesting as well as efficient and effective. Joe emphasizes life balance (eating, sleeping, exercising, etc). He practices what he preaches. He is very knowledgeable, is willing to continue learning, and has a great personality. I would highly recommend hiring Joe as your trainer. "

"I have been working with Josh for about a month and a half now. I have had nothing but a positive experience. He is a no-nonsense kind of guy who is there to help you meet your goals. He already knows what my strengths and weaknesses are. Josh knows when to push me and when to back off. It's super convenient that he comes to my house too. Josh has really helped me work on changing my mindset about food as well. I've had to reschedule a couple of times due to other commitments but Josh was understanding in providing some other times he had available that I could choose from. I look forward to my workouts because Josh is always changing it up and I never do the same routine twice. I was working out on my own for a long time with little or no results and needed a change. Josh is definitely the change I needed. I highly recommend him!"

" When I first moved to Madison in July 2014 finding a good fitness regimen was high on my priority list. I am not very fond of traditional gyms, so I knew my search was for something a little different. After asking for suggestions from my co-workers at my new job, I was eventually introduced to Ben Kimmel and within 5 minutes I had already set up my first session! Ben is a wealth of knowledge and full of information about the health and fitness world. He was quickly able to customize my workouts for my specific needs and individual goals. He also educated me as I went through each session, so I understood why I was doing what I was doing and additional ways to protect and help my body. Also, his ability and willingness to have a flexible schedule was extremely helpful as I was (and still am) learning how to navigate around the city. Aside from the personal training, Ben is an all around great person. He’s genuine and really cares about his clients. I highly recommend Urban Jungle to anyone looking to improve their health and well being."

"I've been working out with Jason well in excess of 5 years. The workouts are never the same, are always challenging, and keep you engaged because they are fun. I have a job that requires me to sit most of the day and do have some soreness/pain. Jason worked with me to modify some exercises to minimize any pain and also strengthened my core. I have less pain overall as a direct result of the workouts. I've also become substantially stronger and more balanced because of the strength/stability exercises. I would recommend Jason to persons of any fitness level or fitness goals. He'll work with you, whatever your goals may be."
