I've been a fitness enthusiast for many years but I have noticed a remarkable difference in my strength and stamina since I've been doing training sessions with Jason. I started off with just once a week for the first couple years and that was enough to see significant improvement. I just recently added an extra day per week and I feel even better. Jason is most certainly a fitness professional, he always has a new and thoughtful sequence of exercises for each session that even after several years are still challenging. I have some back issues and on several occasions he has taken time out to show me some great exercises and stretches to alleviate my back pain. I think Jason can as easily work with athletes as he can work with those new the gym. He is friendly and approachable and our training sessions always fly by.
