"My approach as a trainer, wellness coach and nutritionist is holistic. I work with clients one on one to build strength, optimize metabolism and achieve weight goals. I see myself as not only a source of knowledge, but also a support system to stay focused and motivated. My clients learn how to help their bodies work for and not against them. Unlike many trainers who offer nutrition advice, I have a Masters degree in Nutrition, thus expanding my scope of practice."
