After I got diagnosed with diabetes, I decided that it was time for me to get in shape. At first I just joined a gym and made friends with the "meatheads" so I could learn from them. I did pretty well for myself but I still felt like I wasn't quite getting the results that I wanted. I decided to take a chance and got in touch with Mike to help me out.
