I needed a plumber who was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough.Preston was on time, he texted me at least 20-30 minutes before he arrived at my home, he communicated with me while he was working, he explained everything after he was done, and he cleaned up before he left. He offered for me to call or text if I had any issues after the work was complete.We checked all of the faucets - hot and cold water - before he left to make sure everything was working. And the best part was that the pricing was reasonable, transparent, and fair.My home is older so he explained what we can do to protect our home long term and early signs of future leaks so we can fix them before they become a big problem.I would use Simba again and I would recommend them to friends and family."See more

Chasse came out same day and was able to remove the stuck faucet and fix the pipe. He was transparent about the cost and let us know our options before beginning the job. CJ Shively says, "So far, so good! After a frustrating diagnostic service with another company, I decided to get a second opinion. I felt like I was being hustled by the first tech, he was nice, but it was obvious his main goal was the upsell. My dad enthusiastically recommended Patrick Riley after they replaced his AC a few years ago, so I gave them a call on Thursday evening. They scheduled my diagnostic appointment for the very next day.Zach D. came out today and was fantastic. Right off the bat, I was impressed by the text alert letting me know he was on his way, which included a photo and a neat little bio. It was a great personal touch! Upon arrival, Zach was incredibly personable and felt like an old buddy. He was also extremely knowledgeable, breaking everything down into digestible terms for someone who knows nothing about HVAC systems. While the ultimate diagnosis wasn't what I wanted to hear (I'll need a new unit soon), Zach walked me through his recommendations and provided clear financing options. It sucks to have to buy a new AC, but at least I wont feel like a sucker writing that check! Also, the diagnostic service was FREE!"See more
