I have been working out with O'Neil fittness for years and I have always gotten the results I've wanted. I've worked with other trainers, but none motivated me like O'Neil fitness. Their knowledge on nutrition and health has really helped me to stay healthy.
Danny is great, he planned a nutrition and work out program for me that I can use any where I go whether it be my home or a hotel. Danny also gave me an inside work out plan and outside work out plan , so depending on the weather or how I feel, I can do either one! I love the freedom of not having to change my schedule and living a healthier life. I would strongly recommend using Coach Daleys programs to improve your quality of life.

Private Session/Nutritional Counseling/Group Classes - It's been a month and a half, and I have to say that I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to Will. I recently lost a lot of weight and still had a lot of flabbier areas that needed to be toned up a bit. I started working out twice with Will and taking classes twice a week with Mikey and the results have been amazing! I finally feel confident enough to sport leggings, crop tops and bikinis when the occasion calls for it. Something I have never been able to do, even in my teens.

Kelly is one of the best personal trainers I have worked with. Took 4 months personal training with her and she helped me to get jump start in my weight and fat loss goal. I lost 11 pounds in the last two months of Personal Training with Kelly. I haven't reached all of my goals yet, but her training gave me good start to kept me going. She is very flexible with her availability during her hours. Her training sessions are fun too. She works out in a gym where the gym is available for Group Training workouts too. She motivates your by making sure you are on track with personal training sessions. She gave me nutritional advice and she helped me with nutrition. Being a vegetarian, I am glad I found a personal trainer who is vegan. Overall Kelly is an excellent personal trainer with whom, I would once again get my personal training after I tried out on my own for some time.
Dan is an awesome trainer. He has provided training to my husband and I over several years. He brings everything you need to get healthy, he is flexible with hours for training, he's tough but in an encouraging way, he modifies movements based capability (I am a cluts), he sets goals for you to achieve, defines nutritional recommendations if needed, and has had a lasting impact on my husband and I. We are forever changed by him - we have a home gym we use daily, we have pulled in our family in to working out, and we are trying to keep moving because of Dan!

Heather was and IS fabulous to work with. She is a wealth of knowledge and I can only say, I do so enjoy being the sponge. Her education in the field is truly admirable, and I learned so much from her for a fraction of the cost from attending the institute where she studied. Along my health journey, Heather introduced me to holistic healthcare and taught me how important eating good, clean, and whole foods really is. Food, good nutrients, and vitamins can be our medicine. When I first started working with Heather, I had developed multiple chemical sensitivity and allergic to nearly everything, all from having stopped taking HRT pharmaceutical drugs abruptly due to outrageous price increases overnight. Corrie helped me get in shape for a hiking vacation in Wyoming. She was excellent, utilizing many different types of exercise and fitness to get my older body in shape. She was very knowledgable about the physiology and anatomy of the body and even made recommendations about nutrition. I always felt just the right amount of challenge after each session. Needless to say, the vacation was a breeze. Highly recommend!
