We used Cazadores for our Startup Weekend. We reserved three meals: a lunch, and two dinners. The Indian buffet was delicious! It catered our vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore needs! Everyone raved about the Indian food! We also received a Mexican taco dinner. Similarly, Evan and his team grilled the meat and had hot tacos with all the fixings! There was even churros filled with caramel and vanilla custard! Bomb!!! Everyone also enjoyed the Chinese food. It was hard to resist!
Michael is 5 stars in all aspects. I needed a bartender for my husband's office party. He was easily reachable by text/email with all my questions pre party. Michael even made a special butter rum for one of our signature drinks. Very professional, easy to talk to and engaging to all the guests. During the "down" time he would help toss cups and clean up without me even asking. I already hired him again for our next party. I wish I had met him sooner! He does event planning, flower arrangements, home organization and who knows what else. Hire him for a job well done and someone you can depend on.
Tiffany worked with us as our day-of wedding coordinator. She met with my husband and me multiple times before the wedding to get a feel for our vision, and over time we were able to develop the perfect wedding schedule. On the wedding day itself, Tiffany coordinated with vendors so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. She helped set up decorations, and adapted to numerous last-minute changes, ensuring that everything went smoothly and as planned. Without her, our wedding day would not have been possible. In all of our communications Tiffany was professional and kind, and she showed up on time to everything. I highly recommend her services to other brides seeking a day-of coordinator (or other event planning services)!

She was very laid back and I mean this in a good way. I like to be in control when planning my wedding or events and she made sure to listen and make sure all my visions and choices were taken care of! AnnaMarie did a fantastic job coordinating my wedding. I did most of the prep work, and then she made sure the day went off without a hitch! She made sure follow my wishes for the overall feel of the day and there was no detail left out. We definitely couldn't have done it without her! Manya from "Dazzling Streaks" helped me organize a large (close to 100 people) semi-corporate event that we hosted at our house (not so large). It worked out perfectly as she was able to come up with great suggestions that had my own vision and requirements for the event in-focus at all times.. Her personalized service made it a fun event to plan for and at the end of the event, I had super happy and satisfied guests!
We had a few hiccups with our event and had to change venues late in the planning process. This did not phase Matt as a problem in the least and was quick in finding the perfect new venue. Also, our budget did not allow for the anticipated amount for decor. Again, Matt worked his magic and the decor was a complete hit, really tying together our 80s themed Prom Night. Matt stays cool, calm, and collected throughout the whole planning process, which really adds to an overall smooth experience. If you are looking for an event planner, here is your guy!
An associate recommended Rainbow Chefs to provide the food for an event I was planning for a family gathering. I decided to go through with their services. There were kids and adults participating so I was a little nervous about how it would go, but everyone had a great time! It was so fun and interactive for the kids. The food was delicious! Would definitely recommend Rainbow Chefs!
I was planning a baby shower for my first grandchild. I needed centerpieces. I found Mariane on Thumbtack. I was impressed with her responsiveness to my request, first of all, but also with her consistent and prompt communication with me during the planning process. She delivered the centerpieces on time, and they were lovely.

Wanting to learn to cook lower calorie food that still had great flavor, I hired Zac to come to my home and teach in our kitchen. My husband is our (excellent) cook, I am not a cook (at fifty-something years old), presenting a bit of a challenge. Rising to the occasion, Zac planned a meal that read like the menu at French Laundry! Panic!There was no way I could prepare this meal. Zac said...Way! He met me at Sonoma Market to introduce me to fresh everything, not packaged anything! Back at our kitchen, the magic began and WOW! Probably one of the most delicious dinners I've ever had at home, and certainly rivaling 5 star restaurants. Our cooking and dining experience was nothing short of superb and better yet, not a dollop of butter or a drop of cream was used to create the fantastic soup, salad, and complex main course. Through Zac's exceptional knowledge of herbs and spices, he taught me to create extraordinary flavors to enhance the food, and not over power it. It was a brilliant evening of cooking! Zac is easy going, yet very assured, and his ability to communicate is second to none. Remarkable job by a talented young man who will be continuing to educate us in the kitchen and most assuredly catering events for us. Bravo, Zac...Bravo!
Oh my goodness, I was so, so impressed with Cheri's cooking. I've never, and I mean never, tasted a turkey that was as tender and flavorful as hers. I'm getting hungry right now just thinking of it. She catered our holiday party, and the depth and delight of all her amazing dishes tantalized all the guests. All her dishes we're cooked and baked to perfection. She's a genius in the kitechen, with a down-home, nurturing spirit to boot. I highly recommend Cheri for any catering event you're planning in the future. Your guest will rave that it's the best catered food they've ever had.
From a parents perspective, the day your only daughter gets married is a day like no other! Looking back at Jessica and Mikes wedding last year at Mission Santa Clara, we are filled with deep gratitude for the many amazing vendors that contributed to such a memorable day - and Mary Kay Mitchell of MKultra Events was at the top of our list! Contracting with Mary Kay to help us plan and organize the myriad of details and logistics was undeniably one of our smartest decisions! I'll never forget Mary Kay's reassuring words on the day we first met, several months before the wedding: "YOUR job is to celebrate, have fun, be with your daughter, your future son-in-law, your family...and experience fully the joy of each moment of the day! Forget about the the logistical details, the vendors, and 'To Do' tasks. That's MY job - Leave that to me!" Whew! A huge weight and concern was lifted from our shoulders! In the months before the wedding, Mary Kay collaborated and strategized with us on event planning/details such as reception table decor, flowers, maps, web content, directional signage, music, gift-baskets for our out-of-town guests, etc., etc. When 20+ relatives arrived from the East Coast the week before the wedding, we could "let go" and hand the remaining 'To Do' lists and details over to Mary Kay! After months and months of planning, the 'Big Day' goes by in a flash. As a parent, what do you want to remember? Certainly not logistics or unexpected surprises. No one has a crystal ball, and one never knows what unexpected issue or circumstance might "pop up" on the actual day of the wedding. With her years of hands-on experience, numerous vendor connections and expertise in wedding planning and large events, our hearts and minds were *immediately* put at ease. We knew Mary Kay could handle any situation that might come up. Mary Kay, your 'can-do' attitude, positive energy, creative solutions, time (and money!) saving suggestions, excellent planning and communication skills, infectious laugh and sense of humor... well, simply put, we truly cannot THANK YOU enough. We feel doubly blessed, as we now have a new friend in you! :-) You've made a HUGE difference in our lives - and ensured that a once-in-a-lifetime day filled with high and heartfelt emotions, nervous energy, joyful tears, prayers, celebration, dancing, laughter and love would be a day like no other!
Debbie and Val did a wonderful job for my Babyshower (April 30, 2016). All I had to do was tell them the colors and location and everything else was done. It was a coed family and friends event and everyone was happy. There were games and prizes for adults and children. They took care of the complete set up and clean up, all I did was showed up. Thank you Olivia's Oasis Events.
Robyn was a delight . Very enthusiastic over the baby shower. She sent me pics to look at & adorable. However we found out before meeting my daughter in law could not make it. I will be calling Robyn for my next event . She has excellent taste & very elegant on other events too. She cares & walks you through it all.

Mitalee was an excellent organizer of my baby shower. She was very responsive and sensitive to my wants and had my vision come to life! She was also present during my shower and made sure everything went smoothly. Mitalee is the person to hire if you want any successful event to happen!
The work was impeccable. The decor has always been breathtaking. I’ve worked with Simply Equisite Events twice and was amazed each time.
