We hired Albert for my birthday party to do a progressive dinner. It was spectacular. He is a very engaging person who is passionate about his work. His food is beautiful, like works of art with unique combinations of flavors we had not tasted before. He spent hours prior to arrival slow cooking several dishes. He is not a caterer, he is a master artist personal chef!

I was looking for a personal chef for my wife for her birthday. Tim was quick to respond and after looking at his reviews I was comfortable deciding to use his services. Tim is a magician in the kitchen. He provided a menu a few days before and answered any questions I had about the dishes he recommended. The food he puts together is amazing and he's very personable as well. I'd recommend Tim to anyone looking for this type of service. If/when I need a personal chef again, I'll be reaching out to him for sure!

We hired Zachary to teach us how to make pasta. He suggested 3 different kinds of shapes and fillings. He was punctual to our home and came prepared with all the ingredients. The pasta turned out great and it was a fun experience overall. I would recommend anyone to take lessons with Zachary and/or hire him as a personal chef.

Chef Eileen was the greatest! This was a first time experience for us, hiring a personal chef for a small group of 8. It was a bachelorette party and the best touch to start an otherwise amazing weekend. Chef Eileen was professional, extremely sweet and most of all our 4 course dinner was delicious! I requested for a pastry chef to make cookies and cupcakes for the Super Bowl- Keri sent me a quote and made amazing goodies! I wanted them to be Seahawks themed and she hand decorated all of the cookies with their logo. Everyone loved them and the cookies were way bigger than expected. Thanks again!

    Do you make amazing dumplings? My girlfriend and I are huge fans of Shanghai Dumpling King and Kingdom of Dumplings in SF. She's coming back from a long trip on Monday, May 27th, so I wanted to do something special for her. What could be more special than lots of delicious, home-made dumplings? I'm looking for a chef with a solid online reputation who would be able to make us two meals' worth of homemade dumplings (i.e. four large servings total). Some variations on the basics would be fine (i.e. veggie, pork, etc.) Bonus points for soup dumplings - love soup dumplings! I'm thinking they don't have to be fully-cooked - they might be better if they were prepped to a state where I could just steam them up myself in the kitchen? You can tell me if I'm wrong on that. I'd want to get the dumplings on Monday, May 27th - that's Memorial Day. If you are mobile, I could take a delivery to North Oakland/South Berkeley; if not, I could pick them up from you.
