Bravo!!!! You're an Amazing officiate Saundra Anderson!!!! My wedding couldn't have been any better. We loved every moment. For my husband and myself, it was Perfect!! Our officiate Saundra was Awesome! She looked great, loved what she wore; from head to toe. Her tone was perfect. (Which that was something important to me, that my officiate has a soft pleasant tone for my guests to listen too/ I didn't want anyone that sounded like a heavy smoker). Every word spoken soft and pleasant was heard through the room. Saundra was absolutely the right woman to perform our ceremony! Her up lifting spirit added so much to our ceremony. We were more than satisfied and in awe at how well everything came together. I would absolutely recommend Saundra to perform any ones wedding. You will not be disappointed. We were looking for a "day of" coordinator for our wedding...so I started looking on Thumbtack for help. After reading reviews on Michael and his profile, we met up at a local coffee shop to talk about what our needs were and if he could do it. I had a great feeling about him right then...I even showed him our card table ideas and wedding favors, and he gave me better ideas of how to set them up (talk about "thinking outside the box!"). Up until the BIG day, he kept in touch, asked how things were going and if I needed any help....I so much appreciated these messages being the nervous bride! The day of, he was punctual, was able to get through a "check list" I made him regarding set up and timing...and, most importantly, he kept me calm! If any "hiccup" came up, he fixed it in an instant! I truly believe our wedding ran smoothly and on time, thanks to Michael! I would definitely hire him again for any party planning/coordinating needs...or even floral needs (he is a great florist, too!) Thank you so much, Michael! I highly recommend Tiffany for coordinating your reception. My now husband got a job transfer to another state a few months before our wedding and I followed him, I was a bit nervous about whether I'd finish planning so I decided a day of wedding coordinator would be a good idea. Even though I had most of my vendors, I still needed a lot of help with decor and the run down of how the reception would flow. It sounds easy but there are so many little details that you don't think about until you talk to a professional who has experienced several weddings. Tiffany was always available throughout the planning months where I was away and even helped coordinate with some of my vendors, this took a lot of pressure of me since the few days before weddings tend to be so stressful! The day of the wedding she went above and beyond driving to my house to pick up a candy bar and a lot of decor. Her reception setup looked amazing! She greeted all our guests and showed them to their seats. Our bridal party arrived earlier than planned so she coordinated with our DJ to start our entrance early; she was a major help to him during the reception by informing my husband and I of how we were on time and what was next (cake, garter toss, etc.). She is punctual, friendly, and very hands on with weddings. If you want a professional who has tons of experience with weddings and will guide you towards your perfect reception, Tiffany is your gal!
I wish I could give her a million stars. From her original quote to her sweet and thoughtful follow-up email the day after my wedding, I was never disappointed by the professionalism and service provided by Alisa and her colleague. She worked catering into our already tight budget, corresponded with me (your typical type A personality) about small details and ever changing menu ideas/headcount, and was prompt, professional, and wonderful! The food was OUTSTANDING. She created 4 different pasta dishes, two excellent salads, veggies, and wonderful garlic bread. She and her colleague rinsed off all of our rented tableware, put them back into their crates, and even cleaned up after guests long after dinner was done! I could not have been happier with the quality and quantity of the food prepared and received several wonderful comments from my guests about the choice of food and caterer. Alisa and her colleague mingled with our guests, made themselves available when needed, and were very self-sufficient, which is a great thing to have on the day of a wedding! They even prepared a small treat for breakfast the next day. All in all, I would hire them again in a heartbeat and would advise you all to do the same if her quote comes your way. "Passionate" about food and service is what Alisa stands for and I couldn't ask for better for my wedding.
Rebecca was our day of wedding coordinator for our backyard wedding in June 2018 and she did a truly fantastic job. There were definitely some logistical challenges we were worried about including getting our guests to the venue from an offsite parking lot and coordinating the set up of various things after the wedding started due to heat ( including our dessert bar and wedding favors). Rebecca handled all of this spectacularly and made us feel at ease the whole time. When we under-planned for the amount of ice we needed for the day and ran out, Rebecca drove 10 minutes to the store to get more for us. I honestly really didn’t appreciate how much I needed a wedding coordinator until the day of the wedding. It just couldn’t have gone as smoothly without her and I would have been way more stressed. Only con ( and it didn’t feel like enough to deduct stars ) was I felt like this business was really aggressive about getting a review. I have gotten at least 10 requests between them and thumbtack (compared to our other small business vendors who asked once) in the 2.5 weeks since the wedding. I understand how important reviews are and always intended to write a glowing review of this company. Have truthfully had other priorities since the wedding finished and Just didn’t particularly appreciate the number of requests. That being said would not hesistate to hire them again. Rebecca was truly a gem and we are so grateful for her hard work and dedication on our wedding day.
I dont have enough time or space to thank Elizabeth enough for the amazing job she did as our 'day-of' coordinator. We had our wedding at a private residence in the backyard which required a ton of planning and details that all had to be executed and coordinated over the course of 13hours. This was a long event, and from my perspective quite complicated which is why I needed someone professional on my side to help. Elizabeth was just the person for the job. Elizabeth brings a calming patient energy that can be sorely lacking in wedding preparation I found. I was so grateful for that. She also has a professional, tactful approach to dealing with people. She was willing to go well out of her way to put me at ease by driving far, in traffic multiple times to do walk throughs and site visits with us. On top of all that, she ran my rehearsal the day before and made sure everything was prepped and I was comfortable before leaving that day. On the day of, she was a super star. I wasn't at the venue prior to the wedding, but I had total confidence that everything was in good hands. She was hands on and helpful in every regard, at one point trying to physically help move a dance floor panel that had come dislodged, haha. She stayed until the bitter end, even after I extended the dance an additional hour. She was one of the last people I saw that night, and made me feel so good to have her on my side that whole day and night. Thank you again, Elizabeth. Keep up the great work!
Matt was amazing as our day of wedding coordinator! He was very easy to work with and was attentive to our vision. Even when we thought things would be difficult to accomplish - he was able to do it without ease. He never made us feel as if our plan wasn't going to work out! He even had some great ideas for us for the decorations! Thank you Matt for making the day easy and memorable!
Actually I didn't meet the LadyMarry coordinator and florist, until the rehearsal day, because I was planning my wedding remotely in New York. They are very responsive and patient to my endless questions, and did a great job about organizing the rehearsal and communicating with the other vendors. I always saw Melissa and Donna running around. Hiring you was the best decision I made for my wedding. Thank you!
I cannot say enough good things about Khadija and James. They took away so much stress from me on my wedding day. They worked so hard the whole evening and allowed me to relax and enjoy the day. If you are getting married and need day of coordinators hire them and you will not be upset.

I absolutely recommend Kristine and her team. She met up with my husband and I at our venue about a month before our wedding. This was a several hour drive for her which we really appreciated. She took the time to go through every detail, not only about the catering component, but the entire wedding. She clearly has a great deal of experience in the business and we got a lot of great ideas and input from her. She also was very much our advocate when dealing with the difficult bar manager at our venue. The day of the wedding she and her team set everything up perfectly. Her staff was amazing. They were all so sweet and stayed to the very end of the night making sure everything was cleaned and finished. Again I completely recommend Kristine, our wedding was amazing and a huge success which she had a big part of!

Mary Kay was excellent in filling in the last minute gaps, which really reduced our overall stress. She was assertive when needed, and fell into the backdrop when not, and generally was an excellent and very helpful day-of coordinator for our wedding.
It was a pleasure working with Courtney,very professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. She did an amazing job being our coordinator for the month and day of our wedding, we were on time and everything went smooth on our wedding day, couldn't have done it without her!
Keith and Brickhouse make fantastic food and are super eager to please. They catered our wedding of 100 people and were there for us from the very start - going above and beyond and making sure to address our strict dietary needs. Keith is kind and loving and a pleasure to work with. His employees who catered on the night of the wedding were all lovely and friendly as well. Robyn made my bridal shower a total surprise! I was not expecting it at all. It was based on me, as the theme was what I love best, horses. I could tell she had spent so much time researching to find decorations and party favors that would make my bridal shower so special. She also helped plan my backyard wedding. I'm not a very good party planner myself so had no idea where to start. When I hired her, she stepped right in and took the control I was looking for. I could relax and have a great time at my wedding knowing every little detail was being watched and taken care of by Robin.
Heidi and Ashton were the perfect day-of wedding coordinators. When we arrived at the site on our wedding day, everything was beautifully set up as if by magic. Gracefully and unobtrusively, they made everything happen. They arranged flowers, set up the wedding altar, wrangled vendors, and guided guests through the day’s various phases (ceremony, reception, toasts). They even served us cake and champagne. Our guests remarked on how “effortless” the wedding seemed; this is largely due to Birminkeley’s hard work! Birminkeley also helped plan our wedding. They visited the venue with us and talked us through everything from where to seat the guests to how many tablecloths to order. Later, they helped us search for wedding vendors. Despite our tight timeline (~2 months), they found us a wonderful photographer, rental company, and makeup artist. They were persistent and tenacious in making sure the vendors would adhere to our venue’s strict requirements. In addition to being very capable, flexible, and affordable, Heidi and Ashton are very pleasant to work with. Their calmness and perseverance helped us get through a very stressful time!

Christa handled everything I asked her to the day of my wedding. There were many complexities and moving parts because I had a reception and an after party. Christa handled both amazingly well. We met a few times before and spoke on the phone throughout my engagement. I was in great hands with Christa. She had many ideas and helped make my reception beautiful!
