I highly recommend Roger to anyone interested in group training, personal training, or for any fitness goal that anyone may have. Roger really dedicate his time and energy to his clients to makes sure that the workouts are always invigorating, safe, fun, and never repetitive. I can guarantee there are no limits to his workouts; the word impossible is not in his vocabulary. I saw results within the first two months of working out and really enjoyed the energy and support from Roger. If there were more stars to give I would give him more!
Margo is a great personal trainer. He helped me get back to pre-baby body after 4 kids. Margo never gave up on me even when I wanted to quit on myself. He included a personal nutritional plan with my fitness training which none of the other personal trainers I've worked with provided. I highly recommend his services.

My experience with Emmett overall has been great and I got to say he has made fitness into a lifestyle for me. I reached out to Emmett when I knew I had fallen off my fitness routine. When I started training with Emmett I didn't have much muscle mass. I got to say after training with him the first month not only have I seen improvements on my legs and back strength but overall putting on some weight. From that month on, I got my cut and lean around my body and he helped me clean up my diet. I am very thankful for his help and highly recommend him!

Mario has had such a huge impact in my life not just in fitness but as a role model and as a guide to a better lifestyle. Over the past couple months I have seen an increase in my strength, endurance, fitness and happiness in general. When I hired Mario to guide me through my fitness, I knew I was signing up for a trainer, but I was and continue to be surprised to also have found a friend. He will push you to be better and congratulate you for even your smallest achievements. Most importantly he ensures you maintain proper form to avoid any injuries. Scheduling is never a problem, he is very understanding and flexible with his time. I have been working with Viktor for about a month and he is awesome! I met with two other trainers in the area before I chose him and I know I made the right choice. Also, I have met other trainers at 24 hour fitness, and none of them were as personable, motivational, and fun as Viktor. I got lucky because I caught him right before he got booked fully since he just moved to the area! My goal is to lose weight, get fit and stronger, and maintain this lifestyle and Viktor completely supports me in what I need. His prices are excellent for the area, and the gym he works in Brea is really clean. You only have to pay for his services, and not the gym, which is great. There is almost no one at this gym except a couple other people (so it isn't all crowded like big gyms) so I really like the privacy. I am much stronger and more motivated now than I was even in the beginning, have lost five pounds, and I love every minute of training with Viktor. He is really interesting and smart too, so that makes the time pass by faster. I wholeheartedly recommend him. Just tell him your goals and what you need, and he will ALWAYS try to accommodate you. He always tells me "This is for YOU, and all about you, so I will work around your schedule." Also, he is very inspirational since he lost a lot of weight himself, so he has the personal experience of struggling to lose weight. He is now super fit, of course! He also includes nutritional advice if you want/need it. He gives me great advice, anecdotes of people who have inspired him, and shares his own stories. The main thing is that I feel pretty comfortable around him, and I am a shy girlie girl so that is an added plus (he is not one of the sleazy trainers that will try and hit on you which is a personal experience at 24 hour fitness...he is happily married). He knows all about exercises and the body parts they work out, how not to get injured, how to use the machines correctly or do the exercises correctly, etc. He is also really passionate about working out and being healthy, so I like that! I really like talking when I can, so it is great to have someone to talk to while working out. It makes it more fun and the time goes by faster! So all in all, if you are looking to reach your fitness goals in a comfortable and safe environment, with encouragement, empathy, positivity, and intelligence on your side, then Viktor is your person!
I absolutely love Blackshear Fitness!!! They have the best trainers in town. I have been a part of this family for a little over 3 years. I drive about 25 minutes each way just to attend the boot camp classes. They have always pushed me to do my best and challenge me every single time. Classes are available 5 days per week at no extra cost. They are truly the best!
Carman is an excellent trainer. He has taught me a lot about personal health and fitness. He is motivating and very knowledgeable. He is great to work with. He works with your schedule and is understanding of other's schedules. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for personal training.
I’m 38 with 2 kids, and before I’ve met Adam I was already a fitness junky. But he made me change my perspective and my “bad” gym habit completely. Adam helped me understanding the importance of correct postures. I really like Adam professional style and positive coaching. I’ve discovered muscles I didn’t even know excited and I gain a very healthy gym routine. And training with Adam was always really fun and I’ve never gotten bored he really does transmit his passion positively!
Janet is a fantastic trainer! I have multiple issues with my lower back and my sciatic nerve. She knows how to modify work outs to accommodate my limitations so I can still get maximum benefits! She definitely motivates me to to keep pushing myself and not let my limitations hold me back from my fitness goals! I remember stumbling upon Chris down a hallway at the 24hr fitness, I noticed him for months as a fellow member, he said he offers training and asked if I would like a free session. I was neglected to say yes for the fear of being judge by him for being big, and out of shape. I took a chance not only him but myself, I will never forget my first session with him, I worried about how I look in front of others almost embarrassed, what i wore, if I cant do things right. He made me see past that, its about feeling good and getting strong. He told me baby steps, the first day I thought I was going to die, As i kept up my training sessions with Chris. I felt myself getting stronger, i go home with a little more confidence then the day before, I get a little more lighter on my feet, I find myself when we do boxing I get a little competitive. I want to do more to make myself and Chris proud.
