Radish and Rose catered our January, 2018 wedding. Our reception venue (The Loft on Pine) only allowed specific catering companies, to which Radish and Rose was one of the six options. We contacted them a bit late in the process because we had heard that they were on the pricier side and were afraid that we would not be able to afford their higher costs. Alley, our Event Designer was great. She listened to our wants and needs, and was able to help us come up with a menu that was perfectly within our budget. We explained that we didn't want the traditional wedding fare (chicken, beef, or fish), instead we wanted something more casual. We opted for a slider and macaroni-and-cheese station with jarred salads. The food was incredible and we received a ton of compliments, especially on the taste of the macaroni and cheese and the quality of cooking for the sliders - they were delicious

The serving staff was fabulous. As a bride, I was catered to all night. They had one of the two appetizers ready for us as we walked in the door of the reception venue. When we asked for the second, someone was back within 5 minutes with it. They took our order for our food stations and brought several plates so we could try all of what we ordered. They also brought fresh plates about half-way through the reception without asking since we were drawn away from the table and our food had gotten cold. One of our fabulous servers even brought me a cup of water as I danced on the dance floor. I would definitely book Radish and Rose again they made my planning easy.

Where to begin? My (new) husband is very particular about his food. He is a self-proclaimed foodie. I, however, am not. We had a lot of back and forth on whom we would use for our wedding caterer. We did several tastings based on referrals. Everyone was either too fancy or just eh. I saw Radish and Rose on instagram and instantly fell in love with their colors and photos. We met with their sales manager and she was so lovely! She went through the menus and suggested items for a tasting based on our theme. We had the tasting a few days later with their chef and were so blown away! The presentation, the taste, the freshness, everything was impeccable. We signed our contract on the spot! Our wedding was in January and was everything absoutely perfect. Our guests loved the details of the food and kept commenting how fun and nice the staff was. They even boxed up 1 of each of our desserts knowing we wouldnt be able to enjoy them :-) It was such a sweet surprise waiting in our hotel room. They made our day so memorable and we wouldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend Radish and Rose for your wedding!!

Jessica and Dustin are AMAZING, hands down the best wedding planners we could have hired for our wedding and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. These two truly, truly love what they do, and the fact that they both went through planning their own wedding together speaks millions to their work chemistry. All of my friends, family, and other vendors who interacted with Jessica and Dustin had the same experience - they are wise, quick on their feet, detail oriented, and kind while still keeping everyone in line when needed. By the end of the night, we felt like Jessica was a part of our family. My biggest regret of the wedding was not hiring Jessica and Dustin earlier on in the planning. We hired 3LB as day of coordinators, but it is sooo worth having Jessica and Dustin around to help make decisions throughout the process. I found 3 Little Birds on Thumbtack and instantly fell in love with the way Jessica and Dustin communicated and worked with me and my fiancé! We hired them as day of wedding planners and got an initial meet &a greet, timeline meeting, wedding rehearsal and the day of. Here's what makes them 5 stars. Dustin is an absolute gem and has the creative view to help pull the wedding day together. He used bridesmaid bouquets as extra decor, reused ceremony flowers for the reception and helped with every detail including me asking him to move some things around when they didn't look exactly how I pictured them. He checked in throughout the night and was amazing! Jessica is everything you could ever want in a wedding planner and she is absolutely wonderful. Organized. Thorough. Great communication. But honestly the entire wedding day and night she kept asking me and my husband if needed anything. We initially were planning on doing all of the wedding planning but realized with about a month and half to go that we desperately needed a day-of coordinator. I gave Esparza Jumpers & Party Rentals 5 STARS on everything. I looked on-line, spoke to people & her prices were great! I received so much more for my money by using her company. I rented tables, chairs, tablecloths and overlays for my Mom's 85th Birthday Party and it all looked beautiful! It was all clean and sturdy new looking tables, it was obvious they cared for their equipment. The delivery was on time and communication was awesome! BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. We initially hired Michelle to do a quick hour-long walk through of our wedding venue to help us think through which rentals we would need and how to best use the space, since we felt in over our heads but also like a day-of wedding planner/coordinator would be entirely out of our budget. After spending two hours with Michelle and hearing all her advice on how to best use the space, we knew we wanted to have her with us on the big day. Not only is she professional and really knows what she is doing, but she is warm and friendly, which doesn't hurt!! We were on a tight budget, but her rate was very affordable considering all the work she put into our event. A few weeks before our event, when we were so swamped and stressed we couldn't even figure out how to ask other people for help and delegate tasks for them, Michelle scheduled a call with us in which she walked us through a series of questions that led us to think through things we didn't even have on our radar. I can't stress enough how helpful this was, as we were at a point where we definitely couldn't have identified what we needed help with without her guiding us through that conversation. As we went through the to-do lists, she offered to help in way more ways than I was anticipating. At the event, she was even better than we could have imagined. I think having a day-of coordinator is something we didn't realize nearly how much we'd appreciate until we saw Michelle in action. Although there were minor hiccoughs throughout the day (various vendors' faults, not Michelle's), Michelle made it so that to us, the day felt flawless and smooth. Not only that, but she took pictures throughout and got some of the best photos of the night!! We can't recommend her enough. If hiring a coordinator is something you are on the fence about, just know you will NOT regret hiring Michelle!! She's simply the best!

If you think you don't need a wedding planner , think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! She was there to always answer any questions or concerns. And even would call me to check in and make sure I didn't need anything and to insure all I's were dotted and all T's were crossed. Rolanda was a truly wonderful wedding planner. My husband and I were married this past June. She was personable and she was very helpful. She was easy to work with and she was also willing to work with my interesting family dynamic. She was very well organized and she calmed me down when I was in the middle of wedding worries. I hired Michelle an Eimee from Elegant and Modern Events for my small wedding. I was on a tight budget and they gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. During the wedding planning Michelle and Eimee were very professional, answering tons of my emails and questions. They were always fast to answer and very polite and understanding. We met at the reception venue to go through the details and I couldn't help, but notice how nice, friendly and easy to talk they are! During the meeting Michelle and Eimee gave me some valid suggestions and also offered to help with rentals, which saved me a lot of headache. They sent me the options of possible flowers and allowed me to pick what designs I like the most. I wanted something simple, but cute, and their design matched my expectations very well! We met one more time to go over the details and they brought me some samples that I absolutely loved! While being busy at work and being unable to do as many DIY projects as I originally intended, I kept adjusting the order and add more and more stuff, but Michelle and Eimee were very understanding and had everything ready by the day of the wedding. What I loved the most about working with them is that they were able to set up 2 different wedding sites at the same time, since they were 2 of them! They also promptly transferred some of the decoration from the ceremony to the reception site and quickly set it up before the guests showed up! Honestly, when I saw all the decorations and flowers set up, I was shocked how nice it looked. I also got a lot of compliments on the bouquets and centerpieces. By the end of the wedding they were all taken by the guests! I can't thank them enough for making my wedding so relaxing and feel very well taken care of! I would highly recommend Michelle and Eimee to anyone who needs any flower arrangements or rental services!

This is the best service we hired for the wedding! I would recommend hiring them for wedding planning or for a day of coordinator like we did. Dianne and Megan handled all of the emergencies that came up the day of the wedding and there are always a few like calling Bevmo and handling when the keg didn't work, figuring out how to get into the brides room where the flowers were when she lost her key and was out taking her photos, going to the store to pick up a few missed items, making sure wedding party was taken care of, literally pulling out safety pins and scissors from her pockets when needed, setting up the candy buffet service and refilling it, and I could go on and on. My son's vision for his wedding was executed because of this service. Seeing the smiles on the bride and grooms face is so worth paying for this service. Let me just say that Ixchel is truly amazing!!!! I hired her for my parents wedding on May 7th it was extremely short notice. Ixchel truly came to the rescue, I hired from her 3 bartenders, 10 waitress and she was the coordinator for the day. She got my limo, my horses that I wanted, a sweets table. My flower arrangements, I can go on she pretty much did everything for the day. She was at my house at 7 am and didn't leave my moms side till 12 am. Susan from Eventive Moments was our wedding coordinator for our 9/30/17 wedding in Pasadena. We do not have enough amazing things to say about her, but will try to be as helpful to others in this review. Susan was the following to us, 1. Organized, detail-oriented, punctual, experienced -- Her experience shows as she she kept us on track during the planning of our wedding, did not overlook any details, and was there for everything (rehearsal, setting up, cleaning up, etc.). 2. Professional and proactive -- Susan went above and beyond in the planning and day-of. A lot of things went off track at the wedding (none being her fault) like the caterers running late, the fire alarm going off, the EMCEE being clueless, however, NONE of the guests had ANY idea!! Every challenge that came up, Susan handled it gracefully and immediately. This is because Susan remained professional, calm, collected, and thought fast on her feet to improvise and get everything back in order without a hair out of place. 3. Creative and generous -- Not only did Susan keep all the big ticket items in line, but she was a tremendous help to us with smaller items, too, like party favors, seating charts, photos, and decor. She did not hesitate to help us print the seating chart or photos when we panicked two nights before and told her we didn't have time. She's incredibly crafty and creative, so everything she worked on was beautiful. 4. Talented -- Susan made sure the venue was set up immaculately. Getting Susan as our wedding day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. At first we were unsure about even needing someone since we had many offers of help from families and friends for the day of, and we had already booked most of our vendors by ourselves. Little did we know how many details we had not considered until we met with Susan to discuss the wedding day. She was so organized and very attentive to detail. She had an itemized list of all the wedding decorations, worked with us and our vendors to get our timeline nailed, and was in constant contact with us and making sure we were still getting our boxes checked. We had a death in the immediate family a few weeks before the wedding, and Susan went beyond her duties of day of coordinator to help us during that time, offering support and advice. We also lived about an hour away from the wedding venue and even further from her but she was always accommodating. We had our wedding at the Odyssey Restaurant and it was a very tight schedule but Susan was able to work her magic and get everything set up perfectly for the ceremony and reception (decorations, party favors, candy bar, etc) with the limited amount of time that the restaurant allowed. We hired Jessica as our day-of coordinator for our summer wedding in downtown Long Beach. She was priced so fairly, especially considering what others in the area were going to charge, but she is worth a lot more! My husband (!) and I are both graduate students whose busy schedules made it challenging to plan the wedding down to the details. We loved Jessica's positivity, support, and suggestions in the moments where we had no idea what we were doing (which was most of the time). She helped us create a vision for our wedding day and coordinated all the vendors. While most of the vendors were great and worked together as a team, our venue was generally unresponsive and Jessica dealt with them sternly, but professionally, to help us nail down the final details. She was available to meet in person and over the phone, doing her best to answer all of our questions and quell every anxiety! We bought several decorations and she told us to bring them in boxes and let her figure out what looked best instead of trying to plan where every little thing would go--I will NEVER forget walking into the venue and seeing it transformed into the PERFECT space. The lights, the tables, the centerpieces--I couldn't believe it had come together so well. The decor and the vibe exceeded every expectation. On the day, she rolled with the punches (like when our favors arrived melted). I distinctly remember looking over during dinner to see her quietly fixing the two flower girls' "itchy" dresses with tulle. I can not say enough great things about Jessica. If you are planning to get a wedding coordinator get Jessica, my only regret was not having her plan the whole thing and not getting her sooner. My fiancé (now husband) initially refused to even consider getting a coordinator. He reluctantly went with me to interview Jessica and even gave me a pep talk about how we were "just going to talk to her" and not commit to anything. Truthfully I think he was humoring me but had not intention of getting someone because he saw it as paying for someone who wouldn't know us and do things we could do ourselves. (Which trust me you can't ... well you can but you will drive yourself nuts.) So of course we met her and loved her and it was him (not me) who decided to hire her on the spot. We had lots of changes (up until the last minute) and we did a lot of untraditional things so we know we drove her nuts but she always made it happen for us. She recommended our cinematographer who was awesome. She is bright and bubbly but is all business when it comes getting things don't right. We love Jessica and we consider her a friend were so happy we got her and appreciate all the hard work she put into making our day memorable. She took great care of us. Gina Garrett is an event planning genius!! After working with Gina on my own events and attending others she has planned for friends and associates, I cannot imagine working with anyone else. I refuse to work with anyone else. She can handle small parties for 25 people or formal events for 800. I have seen Gina convert an empty warehouse into a dreamy and sparkling evening gala for 500 people that somehow was beautiful and grand, but also provided nooks and lounges for more intimate conversation. The wedding that she planned for a friend was equally impressive. Gina translated the bride’s Pinterest ideas and limited budget into a stunning outdoor wedding - the bride was in joyful tears because every detail of her wedding day exceeded her wildest dreams. Gina is a talented event planner/coordinator, with so much creativity. I met her when she planned a friend's wedding a few years ago. It was honestly one of the best weddings I had every been to! All the details put into it were just exquisite: table settings, floral arrangements, decorations, lighting, music, food/appetizers, beverages and even the party favors. She was highly recommended, and now I know why. My now husband and I hired Sharon one week before our wedding due to an unfortunate event that occurred with our previous coordinator. Our first phone call conversation was amazing she asked questions and got straight to the point. We had our wedding at FCCLA, a very large church in Los Angeles. She had never been to the venue, but none of my wedding party could tell when she met is at rehearsal. She worked so well with the staff at the church and she was so personable. The day of the wedding she setup our reception area so beautifully and she dressed the part. We needed duct tape..Sharon had it. Our baby was being fussy..she handled it. She did an amazing job plus more. If you are looking to hire a coordinator or a day of coordinator I highly suggest Sharon. The only negative thing I could say is that our son wanted to take her home and he couldn't (he's only 5 btw). Wish we had her from the start but she made our ending amazing

This company is so exquisite when it comes to details. I recently threw a bridal shower, and wanted Michelle to handle every single thing so that I could enjoy the day and essentially be a guest. For a VERY reasonable price, Michelle provided everything from venue, flowers, tables, treats, catering. Every guest was blown away from the small details, such as the delicate favors to the fun photo backdrop. Everyone had an amazing day, especially the bride. I HIGHLY recommend using this company. The bride and groom has decided to use Michelle for their day of coordination due to how great the bridal shower was, and her affordability! The only downside is that she doesn't have an office, so you will have to meet her at a coffee shop to discuss any plans. other than that she was great.
