Stephen is currently working with me as my trainer. He is assisting me with my fitness and nutrition goals. He is quite knowledgeable about what is required to achieve my goals and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable trainer who will help you set goals and properly push you to do your best.
I was recently referred by a friend to try a bootcamp of Impact Fitness and I was not disappointed! The trainers were very knowledgable and energized which made the workouts fun and challenging. We started out with some warm-up exercises, and spent the next hour working out our arms, legs, abs, everything! It was definitely a total body workout, and I felt great when I left! The trainers absolutely rocked! They were extremely tuned in to everyone's individual needs, modifying or increasing the difficulty as needed. I'd definitely recommend this team of trainers to anyone interested in making a stride in their personal fitness. Im looking forward to the next bootcamp!
I've worked out with trainers before, even one that I loved, and the experience with Anthony has still been on a different level entirely. For the last 5 weeks, I have had the pleasure of having Anthony as my trainer. I have found capacities in my body that I didn't know existed. Anthony is hardly summed up by a five star review. Anthony has one of the sunniest and positive personalities you'll never meet. The workouts are different every day and are fun and enjoyable and never boring. The gym environment is also great. From other trainers and other gym goers, everyone is kind, supportive, and encouraging. Expect to be greeted by everyone when you arrive. Since my first day, the atmosphere has been nothing but positive. I feel very welcomed and extremely comfortable. I've been very impressed with my experience thus far. I love the that God's cultivates a great mix of clientele. I see both men and women (regardless of age, level of fitness, or experience) working on their goals.
I've been working with Evan and his team for quite some time now and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I've worked with several trainers in the past at other gyms or studios but have to say this has been the best experience. It's obvious all of the trainers here know fitness and teh facility is top notch. It's a very welcome and low key environment. I've seen several people in their 80s train here which has been great to see! It's never too crowded and only personal training. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing instruction on weight training or looking to get into shape.
I was looking for a trainer to work with me occasionally to create workouts I could do on my own at my gym. My goal was to do those workouts for 3-4 weeks and then circle back with the trainer to learn more exercises. And Aaron delivered! He listened to what I wanted, and during our first session, he took time to learn my workout habits and assess my fitness level. The workout he created was perfect for me. I'm so excited to continue working with him! (And his gym space is great!)
This is the perfect place to come to get fit. My usual MO is sign up for fitness classes or trainers, get pushed really hard and give up in a week or two. Youniquely has a different style from other trainers, bootcamps and fitness classes I have taken. The training is truly uniquely fitted to your needs and accelerated or decelerated based on how you are doing and whether you want to or not. This is the difference between buying a dress that is mass-produced vs getting a custom fitted gown!!
I have tried so many diets and exercise options but never stayed motivated long enough to get results until I met john. He has completely changed my mentality and has been an exceptional motivater!!! I hope to have him a part of my fitness and health life for a long time.if someone wants results bFitandLive will get you there!!! I would recommend him to everyone as long as it doesn't cut into my time!!!! Hahahaha
Excellent training, knows exactly how to help you slim down and gain muscle. knows more about how the body works than any trainer I've ever worked with. 10 visits I lost 3 1/2 inches and 7pounds of body fat. I never lost that many inches so fast in my entire life. I love this gym and trainers! I highly recommend Joe Grasso Elite training!!

The private gym is amazing and Kip's clients range from men and women both young and old. He's trains people who have been working out for years to those just getting started who have no idea what to do when they walk into a gym. He's very knowledgeable about health fitness and a certified trainer with years of experience. He helps you with nutrition and training. I was very skinny and he helped me put on 10lbs of lean weight. I saw immediate strength gains. He believes that health is very important so he charges much lower than trainers at commercial gyms. You won't be disappointed

He definitely has the knowledge and the experience to get you to your fitness and health goals, but he has the heart too. Monique is well versed in matters of health pertaining to nutrition and physical fitness. She consistently attempts to tailor both to clients' tastes and preferences, strengths and weaknesses. I was introduced to David by a friend who is training with him. I have had several trainers in the past but was never very comfortable until I started working out with David. He is very soothing in his desire to make the best program for you. He drives you and also gets you to understand what it takes and will take,to get to your desired goals.The workouts are strenuous and precise but he gets you in and out. I am truly happy with the way my body is changing.
Mohamed is the best trainer I have ever trained with. I have trained with a number of other trainers before but no one as good as Mohamed. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants us to see results which is why he checks in daily to see how I am feeling. He is an all in one trainer, in the sense he not only helped me get fit physically but also helped me become positive/strong mentally. He saw that I was working out with him but was not happy mentally (job situation) but he helped me deal with it. He such a positive person with a lot to offer. His workouts are awesome, he challenges me every time I see him. I am doing workouts that I have never done before or even knew I could do. I definitely see a lot of results after I started working out with him. I would recommend him to everyone!
Cassie has been invaluable to me and my fitness. Not only is she an amazing trainer that pushes me with varied and challenging routines. She also is working with me to address my nutrition and has extensive expertise on both side of the equation of the interaction of exercise and food. I am on a solid path to health as a result of Cassie's support. The studio is great, clean and has a wonderful atmosphere.
For years, my workout regimen consisted of running and Pilates. Running strengthened my heart and legs, while Pilates kept my core muscles strong and flexible. But something was missing, and I found that missing piece when I began boxing with Jeremy. Not only is boxing an intensely demanding physical workout, it is a mentally challenging workout as well. A professional fighter himself, Jeremy teaches technique, movement, and combinations while also prepping his clients with cardiovascular warm ups, coordination work, and strength. I've worked with some other trainers the past couple of years and Jason is the best I've worked with. He's incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and will push you to reach your goals. Jason has a great personality and is very professional. His gym, The Island Personal Training is a beautiful facility with all the best equipment and is located right outside the park and beach for some great outdoor workouts! Check him out!
Ben is, by far, one of the most professional and dedicated personal trainers I’ve ever met. For starter, he is always punctual and responsive. (Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a personal trainer cancelled on me last minute.) More importantly, Ben is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He actually dedicates his time and energy to tailor personalized workout programs that are not only specifically aim to reach my goals, but also accommodating to my body condition. Throughout each training session, Ben always pays extra attention to my techniques for potential improvements. Furthermore, he always manages to come up with different variations of movements to ensure that I can train in the safest and most effective way possible. I noticed substantially amount of muscle and strength gains after a month of training sessions with him. You honestly cannot go wrong with training with Ben!
Omar was my fitness trainer twice a week for approximately 4 months. He was always prepared, professional and extremely knowledgable. He encouraged me to work harder as well as teaching me good body form and nutrition information. We set goals and Omar helped me achieve them. He kept a close eye on my progress and always made sure I was progressing. He is a positive and energenic trainer and I would highly recommend him.

I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally. I would recommend him to anyone no matter what stage of fitness you are. He has set a great foundation for my future goal. Can’t thank him enough.
