I have been training with Jobie for about 5 years. Great trainer!!! His knowledge of how the body is supposed to work, in my view is very important. I think that is why I do not get hurt while training. If I am doing something wrong he will correct my stance and or posture so I do not injure myself.
An outstanding trainer! Training with Eric gave me really good results. Made a huge difference physically as well as mentally. Every time we trained I found that he was constantly striving to get me in better shape. He has a lot of knowledge on the workout side as well as the nutritional side. Eric is very professional and deifinately has a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals!

She is great to work with. At first I was a little skeptical working wit has a female because there wasn't many male reviews but she really knows how to get you motivated. She gets you back on track when you have bad weeks tracking nutrition. I haven't started training with her yet and have only done the nutrition portion. I've been working through injuries and her ability to design a proper macro program has got me where I need to be, now that I'm healthy I look forward to seeing how she challenges me with training!
I've been doing personal training since 2010 through many different trainers, my all time favorite was with Brittany. I went through a phase where I wasn't conditioned to training, had gained weight and wasn't use to lifting weights. The first time we trained together, I thought it was really weird but she made it of importance about my breathing and posture and didn't just get right back into lifting like I use to. A couple sessions later, I really actually felt a difference because she made it important to recondition myself and make sure that I breathe properly while I train! She not only made me feel physically fit, she was a great person to talk to, and made me feel great while I worked out and constantly pushed me to be a better person. I wouldn't ever want another trainer, and when I'm done with my break from training, Brittany and I are going to be back out there hitting those new PR's!
Kathleen is a joy to workout with! Her credentials and expertise as a Fitness Training Professional are clearly of the highest level a client can ask for. Adrien's training style is very intense, he's very easy to chat with about almost everything. He is very motivating and keeps you on track and makes sure to check in with you about your progress regularly, even outside the session. I appreciate the commitment that Adrien puts in to the nutrition as well and everything together as a lifestyle change. If uou are looking for a trainer I would highly recommend him.
I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.
Pete is great at creating ability specific strength training work-outs. He is always changing it up and makes each work out an appropriate challenge.

Robert trained my daughter to prepare her for playing field hockey at UCBerkeley. She started summer workouts with the team and she is doing great, in fact, she is rocking the gym! Way to go Robert. He has also been training our 12 year old to help with his tennis game. Our son's strength and quick feet are helping out during tennis workouts and tournaments.

I have been training with Juan for 3 years now. He is a great trainer and motivator. He will listen to what you're goals are and help you achieve them. He knows how to push you, but always make the workouts fun. I never get bored with the workouts, he is always coming up with new ones. If you are looking for a trainer I would definitely recommend Juan!!!!
I have only had a few sessions with Nicole so far but have found her to be knowledgeable and professional. She has a focus on correct form to prevent injury and maximize effect. When training she has the right balance of pushing and cheering you on.
Derek put me through an leg workout. He kept me moving throughout then entire training session but was very understand that i was new to the gym. He is very well knowledge and walked away feeling confident with myself.

I have had a few different trainers before finding Brittney, and I didn’t have a great experience with them. I felt as if the meal plans that I was recieving were pre-made and not really for me. Training with Brittney, she’s provided me a meal plan that works for me! There’s certain things I cannot eat and she makes the point to form the plan around my tolerance and still achieve results. I have lost 10 pounds in two months of training with her AND gained 5 pounds of muscle! I feel amazing. I am still training with her and plan to. With demanding job as photographer, I find it really easy to get the work done and it’s all explain for me in the app. Best trainer I have ever had! Thank you for all your hard work! 5 out of 5!
Martha is an exceptional trainer. I have been with her for about three weeks, working out with her 2 days a week and I can tell a difference in my strength and beginning to show definition. I greatly enjoy the workout sessions. Martha has your best interest at heart and is very encouraging. She expects 100%, but she gives the same and you feel great afterwards and look forward to the next session. I would recommend her to anyone that is interested in their health and the way they want to look, regardless of age. Sandy
Jorge is awesome. Started working on strength training with him and I was amazed how the small adjustments he had me make here and there made such a big difference. He also showed me how to correctly perform some exercises I dreaded before. Now we've transition to training Muay Thai and I'm more than happy with the progress I'm making with Jorge training me. I'm convinced that he can meet anyone's training needs.
