When Michael told us that he used to work at Renaissance Fairs, we knew we chose the right chef. He was very flexible with our budget and was able to provide everything we needed. He was even able to serve up a roast pig that we ordered on the side. He is a very capable chef and I heard nothing but great things about the taste of the food. Just being able to get turkey legs for our wedding when that is not something from his menu, deserves outstanding marks in my book.

We got so lucky with June. She called me after I put in a request a thumbtack. She asked me what I wanted (she cooks everything) gave me ideas and we got yummy home style cooking. The chicken, mashed potatoes and brisket were to die for. OMG. It was a professional set up it looked amazing and the food was amazing. We did not know what to expect but she and her husband bussed the tables also. I can't recommend June enough! We did not have to worry about the food at all from start to finish!

Jennifer and Annette were amazing! They catered my wedding of 160 people and every one of my guests came up to me and told me how good their food was. Also, how friendly they were as well. Their vegetable tuscany pasta was a hit! The red roasted potatoes were seasoned to perfection and the chicken was tasty and moist. I would highly recommend tray gourmet catering for anybodys event.

If you're not working with Chef Avian then you are missing out!!!! After working with Chef Avian I really believe that he will be the Chef to the stars one day, so hire him now while you can!! In all seriousness, I hired Chef Avian to be my private Chef for my Thanksgiving dinner and words can't describe how wonderful the meal and the experience was. My family and friends all said it was the best Thanksgiving dinner they ever had, and my family takes food VERY seriously!! From the very beginning Chef Avian was so easy to work with, the level of customer service was 5 stars!! I had a very big wish list for my dinner and he delivered. From multiple appetizers, to roasted goose AND roasted turkey, multiple side dishes, 2 desserts, and signature cocktails. It was such a great experience I have already booked him for my next party. Needless to say, Chef Avian will be the ONLY chef I work with moving forward. Thank you Chef Avian for providing such a great meal and an enjoyable experience. I will enjoy working with you for now, because I know that you are going to do very very well in this profession and I may not be able to hire you one day!! I must also mention that his rates are extremely reasonable and he will work with you to provide the experience you desire with the budget you give him. We hired Chris after tasting her cooking at our friend's dinner party where she was the chef. She cooked dinner for us off & on during the week when our schedules got to be too much. This was during the early years of parenting and making dinner after being at work just didn't fit in my schedule. We loved having her in our home and her food was always so delicious and nurturing! I loved her help it freed up about 8 hours a week for me to spend time with the kids and or relaxing as a family. Dinner time was so enjoyable since I wasn't the one making it or cleaning up. I think she is a fine chef with a very special touch. We went to a Dinner party last summer where she was the cook...her roasted chicken w/ pasta and pesto was divine! Tracy

As the Maid of Honor I wanted to make sure I got everything perfect so I searched and searched for the perfect caterer and I found them. They catered my sister's wedding lunch and it was amazing. The grilled filet mignon with their special spice rub was perfectly flavorful and a real treat. They were extremely accommodating with guests arriving late and ordering complicated variations on the menu. Everyone loved the unique twists they had on classic brunch favorites like the eggs bene with the smoked capicola and a tangerine hollandaise yuummmm or the bresaola (yeah I hadn't heard of it either) beggars purse stuffed with figs and goat cheese on the charcuterie platter and lest we not forget the stuffed french toast, take your pick sweet or savory both were magnificent. They worked really, really hard to please our difficult and rowdy bunch but never lost their charming attitude. Everyone enjoyed it very much, and the food was EXCEPTIONAL!!

Chef Joe prepared dinner for my sister's bachelorette party which was for 8 people. He was very professional and the dinner he cooked up was outstanding. we especially enjoyed the cauliflower and brussels sprouts gratin which was one of the side dishes. the salad was also very refreshing with the cantaloupe and prosciutto. Afterwards, he cleaned up and packaged all of the leftovers. I would definitely recommend Chef Joe for any dinner parties.

Now We're Cooking has catered a birthday party at my home for 20 guests. The Mediterranean style food that I requested was absolutely delicious. Peach and shrimp crostini and artichoke stuffed mushrooms were especially good. So were the main courses: baked salmon and grilled chicken with dill yogurt. The chef Steven was very easy and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

My friend and I wanted to surprise our husbands with a delicious meal prepared by a private chef. Chef Christina did not disappoint!! She was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our experience special. The meal she prepared was flawless from start to finish! We had coconut crusted shrimp skewer with a killer mango sriracha sauce to start followed by the most delicious gazpacho with seared scallop and Marcona almonds. Our main entree was a roasted filet with a mushroom and red wine reduction sauce and a roasted garlic that was out of this world amazing! Everyone's filets were cooked to perfection as well. As the grand finale we had a lemon chess pie with strawberries and a cookie crumble! We all went home really happy! To top it all off, she provided wine recommendations, set the table beautifully and even left the kitchen spotless!! We couldn't have been happier! Thanks Chef Christina!!

Solid Ground is a company that tells you what they are going to do and then does it to the highest standard. They give you amazing value for your money. I used them for a simple sandwich and cold hors d'oeuvre party. They were so reasonable and they made simple sandwiches look really classy. Then I gave them a try for a more upscale function (shrimp, roast beef, the whole nine yards). The food was plentiful and great, the presentation beautiful and the service and cleanup were excellent. Tim and Linda don't scimp. They are honorable and gave me exactly what we needed without any attempts at an up-sell. As a matter of fact that even told me to cut back on some stuff that they felt would be superfluous for the occasion. I truly enjoyed all the compliments I received for their hard work.
