Latest Review: With Miss. Speede, I have had a pleasure working out to reach my fitness goals. I simply wanted to start becoming more active since I started working from home, I have been at home staring at my computer all day, it was not healthy at all. Besides, my high school reunion was coming up, so I met her through a friend of mine whose friend was or still is training with her and heard good things about her. First session and free consultation were great. But I was still nervous as I have never had a trainer before. I went to her gym for our first session, and I knew my body was feeling the lazy muscles which I hadn't used for a long time, but afterwards, I just felt so great. Her sessions have been great, I meet her once/twice a week now (used to 4 times a week) just to maintain my current weight and stay active. I was never an out of shape person and more of a skinny sort of girl, and I wanted to get some nice curvy butt before the reunion, and within 2 months with her workout and nutrition plans, I could tell my butt got lifted. I am keeping track on the changes Ive been making on my iphone, but man, do I look better now? Yes. I am confident and my friends at reunion also asked if I was working out. My arms also getting toned. I know things don't come over night, and I will keep on training with her to see if I can over achieve my goal :)
