Harold was my personal trainer and he is awesome to work with. He cares about his clients and very thorough with the training. He cares about my health and it's really easy to work with him on my meal plan, so I can reach my goals. He's one of those trainer that will push you, but will know your limits. From the very beginning, he was so supportive and friendly. Harold is a very knowledgeable coach and made sure I was comfortable throughout the workout and training session, which I really appreciated.

My experience with Jay's services has been nothing less of 5 Stars. Jay has been thorough with work out plans and also with educating me on better nutrition habits. Sessions are very intense, client centered, and non rushed. All of his services comes at a price that you will not be able to find anywhere in this area. If you want someone who will not only train you but value your time, motivate you when you think it's impossible to push no more, look no further than my guy Ryan. Positive attitude, thorough in explaining the different types food to consume and workouts. I am just over a month into my training and I feel myself getting in shape and stronger. Tyrone has been training me for the past few weeks and he has been awesome! I currently live out of state in Montana, so he sends me the workouts and I do them and we check in with each other almost everyday. He also has been advising me on what to eat, and I can already see a change in my body. I think that anyone that is trying to lose weight while also toning their body should take advantage of the services Tyrone provides. He really cares about you, and is very genuine. He takes the time to get to know you so he can help you out the best that he can!

I was very pleased about my training session with Lily. I've wanted to get in shape and start bulking up for a long time now. I never really had the motivation or knowledge to needed to properly gain weight in a healthy way. Not only do you get personal training but you also get some good advice about what not to eat and what to eat which is worth so much. Lily has the experience and knowledge to help anyone meet their fitness goals with reasonable concise planning and at a fair price. I've had a few Personal Trainers (PT) over the years, some with greater success than others. After a few months of kicking around what I needed to do and which PT to use to achieve my overall health goals, I finally committed to working with Vada Rubino. When I think about where I started and where I am today, I’m amazed. I give all the credit to Vada. I’m grateful that she brought me along slowly. Vada was able to identify where I had issues and to work around old and new injuries. I believe it also helped that I was realistic about the time it would take to achieve the kind of progress I needed. Even though it was hard work, Vada was able to make it fun. Still, to accomplish my goals required discipline and consistency, I rarely missed an appointment; it was worth it, all of it. Because of Vada, today I am stronger, much more balanced and have the confidence to do the things I struggled with in the recent past. What she has accomplished with me has far exceeded my expectation. For that reason, I plan on continuing my training with Vada for the long term. If you’re looking for a personal trainer that will give you the right attention you need to accomplish your goals, Vada is the PT I would highly recommend.

Bryan was my trainer and he guided me past that 200 lb mark into the 100's during my weight loss journey. He pushed me hard during our workouts but did it sensibly staying mindful of keeping my body in balance and working to strengthen my deficiencies. I felt sweaty, tired, and accomplished after every session. Now that I'm a trainer I consult Bryan frequently whenever a difficult situation arises, as he has over a decade of experience and I trust his judgment implicitly. I have recommended him to countless others and will continue to do so because THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF!

I have been training with Michaela now for about a year and a half at Custom Health and Fitness in Napa. We are focusing on core and upper body strength. Michaela is fun yet firm to have as a personal trainer. She actively listens to me, encourages me and will push me when I need it. I have visual results in my muscle definition, increased strength in my arms and proven core improvements resulting in greater activity from my bi-weekly sessions with Michaela. She is knowledgeable with nutrition and has encouraged me to keep the nutritional aspect of my health in the for front of my mind. "One can not out train bad nutrition etc..."

I cannot express enough what an amazing trainer and person Josh is! I've been training with him since February and I've lost over 20lbs. I've exceeded my goals because of his exceptional knowledge and passion for health and fitness. I constantly get compliments on my weight loss and I owe it to Josh for all of his encouragement and pushing me to my max during our training sessions!
