Another advantage, is that she individualizes her training to fit you!! Krisztian is awesome! Have been training with Krisztian for several months now and he is the best trainer I've ever had for several reasons. Whatever your fitness level, he can help you achieve your goals! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is very patient and listens to me! I have some special health issues going on and some old injuries and was nervous when we first started. From day one he has been super awesome. He has taken the time to create special workouts just for me; work around my bad days on the spot by modifying the routine if necessary; and encourages me rather than pushing me! He has been such a HUGE HELP. In addition to working with Krisztian, I have been looking forward to taking group classes again. I would not feel confident being able to even consider going back into a group class if it weren't for all the work he has done with me... He totally boosted my morale, made me feel happy, and reminded me that working out can actually be fun! My strength and flexibility have really improved and I feel so much better! Jennifer is an all-around great human being and an amazing trainer. I wanted to find a trainer that I felt comfortable with and one that would listen to my health goals. Jennifer immediately made me feel at ease. I instantly felt like I was working out with a friend, but a friend who pushes me and keeps me accountable. I never felt like "just another client" to her. She cares about my progress and always keeps in touch with me throughout the week. She is available to answer questions re diet in between session and will even provide “homework” when needed. She is so energetic and sweet that I actually look forward to working out with her! Jennifer knows how to mix things up so that I don't get bored, strength training, circuits, cardio, weights, to name just a few. We never fall into a routine or gut stuck in a rut. She brings different work out equipment for us to use and challenges me at every session pushing me further than I ever imagined. Jack Potter is very professional and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. He demonstrates the excercise and is very attentive when I am doing the program. He explains the reason for the excercise and discusses which muscle group will be working. He is very friendly and extremely encouraging. He pushes me hard which is why I hired him. I know after the workout I have worked really hard. I highly recommend Jack as a trainer, you will not be disappointed. He is awesome!
Debbie McKeown is a knowledgeable and wonderful fitness consultant whom at my request provided me with a taylored made fitness assessment. From there, she guided me on strength training with weights including a great nutritional consultation. She also made me an informative report in writing as a visual plan for future reference. Best of all, she provides personalized ongoing support. Debbie, herself, is an inspiring example for what is possible for me. I love having Debbie as my personal fitness consultant!
As a 56 year old active guy who won't slow down I tend to have lot of aches and pains. I had just had quite a spill on my dirt bike and was sore. I found Terence and he responded immediately. In fact he scheduled an appointment with me that same day. I splurged for 90 minutes and was worth every second. The next day my soreness had dissipated and I was back to the gym. I am going to make this a regular thing to keep my body in check and keep moving forward. Terence knows the right pressure, the proper technique and is incredibly friendly, I look forward to many more massages from Terence.

Karen is lively, enthusiastic, encouraging, and likable. Not only is she true delight to train with, but she is so nice and chill to talk to. She makes workouts enjoyable! She brings the equipment to your house and will make each workout hard but fun. She really tries to understand where you are in each exercise so knows how far to push you without being aggressive. She really knows the right amount of push someone needs and will help you get where you want to be. I have seen my muscle tone improve! Before actually starting the workout, the first 15 minutes we either ran, jump-roped, or did agility ladders to get our hearts pumped! She really will makes workouts fun. One session she took me out to a 5k race and it was really amazing because I have never participated in a race before. She ran beside me and followed my pace and pushed me to my furthest ability. After that, I wanted to do more races. She does not judge in any way and will be there for you step by step. She challenged me in every session and encouraged my success. Karen is wonderful! I'm an athlete for a living and every time something hurts or feels off Brandon has been able to find the source of the issue and has coached me on how to heal. His keen understanding of the body is impeccable and has prevented me from horrible potential injury. His Neurokenetic training in conjunction with being a massage therapist allows him to test muscles that the brain has turned off and finds the real reason your hurting. Brandon is also a personal trainer and is able to then advise and coach on how to strengthen weak muscles that are causing the issue. I highly recommend him, I come to him before going anywhere else and highly advise you do the same!
