I was recently referred by a friend to try a bootcamp of Impact Fitness and I was not disappointed! The trainers were very knowledgable and energized which made the workouts fun and challenging. We started out with some warm-up exercises, and spent the next hour working out our arms, legs, abs, everything! It was definitely a total body workout, and I felt great when I left! The trainers absolutely rocked! They were extremely tuned in to everyone's individual needs, modifying or increasing the difficulty as needed. I'd definitely recommend this team of trainers to anyone interested in making a stride in their personal fitness. Im looking forward to the next bootcamp!

The focus on techique is superb. We worked across various muscle groups incorporating high and low cargio movements. Tone, strength and flexibilty are also incorporated in the workouts. Dan and Evette walk their talk and are fabulous trainers!
I have never worked with trainers so knowledgeable about fitness. After I worked with the Fit U Fit trainers I had seen results beyond my own peak points. The trainers are so informed because they eat sleep and breath fitness. It seemed as if I was learning something new about my body every time I trained with them. I highly recommend Fix U Fit to anyone serious about achieving results.

Hashim is a very professional and an extremely pleasant person to work with. I came to Hashim with a desire to compete in my first men's physique competition. This is no easy task by any standard, diet and workout have to be entirely on point. Hashim did a great job educating me on the demands of such competitions, and preparing me for what I was about to get into. One thing I noticed right away is that I was very comfortable with him, and trusted his judgement. The training protocol I would say was really good, the diet could have used a little more attention, but over all I was very please with the results. Hashim brought be a long and way really got me fired up about fitness, diet, and healthy living. Let me also just say I am not a vegan, and Hashim treated me no different, truly a great guy, and well educated in the fitness space.
I have been training with Patrick for almost a year. He is an amazing trainer. He is motivating, listens to the client in regards to mobility issues and works hard to help with those issues. I have learned so much from him and I am a lot strong. Thanks Pat for being amazing!

Recently started working with Mel and definitely have a ways to go. He brings a much appreciated sense of accessibility and understanding to our sessions. I like that he tailors the workout to my needs making adjustments as necessary. Definitely a good trainer for any jiggly newbies like me!
Tots is the most amazing trainer a person could ask for. She truely knows how to get you to the results you want. Being a pageant girl Tots got me swimsuit competition ready and to my goal weight in 3 months. Tots has also trained me for half marathons. Her workouts are fun and kick your butt all at the same time. I love how we never do the same workout and she uses an array of equipment; bosu ball, kettle bell, medicine ball, free weights, and yoga mat. I would encourage anyone that wants a trainer that will help them accomplish their goals and live happy to train with the fabulous Tots.
Very easy to work with and I was able to have a two week free trial. Once I had my first couple workouts, I found a Groupon. Of course I bought it to use after my two week trial only to find out I can't combine the two. It wasn't specified and that was disappointing... but I love Pure Form PFT Lodi. I get a great workout.
Lisa has been my personal trainer for over 2 years. I am a marathon runner but the strength component was needed for better performance. I am very pleased with the results. Lisa also works around my challenging schedule which is something that I was not able to work out with other trainers. Thank you Lisa for superb coaching abilities!

I hired Luis in Nov 2011 to help me train for a 60 mile walk that I had coming up. One of things I was really interested in was finding someone who would train me as an individual and not limit me because of my physical appearance or gender. That is exactly what I got and I have been training with Luis ever since. Luis really understands fitness and physiology. He is always adding to his knowledge base and incorporating new strategies that he tests out on himself first. He will work with you to improve your fitness level, help you reach your goals and push you as far as you are willing to go. He will train you by powerlifting, cardio and crosstraining methods and, if you want, develop a plan for days when you are on your own. In the years I have known him, I have seen him train clients for general fitness, body building competitions, powerlifting competitions and triathlons. Thankfully Luis is not one to jump on any fad diet bandwagon, and understands that everyone has food weaknesses. He has considerable knowledge on the biochemistry of nutrition and will adapt a plan for you, revising it overtime until you find the right combination of foods (including your favorites) and calories to achieve your goals. Luis obviously enjoys training and being a personal trainer, he is positive and encouraging and someone who goes the extra mile for his clients. He is an exceptional trainer and I highly recommend him.
Rob is a five-star personal trainer. He gave me the clear direction and support I needed to address my fitness goals. With the many negative body images of women portrayed in the media today, it can be sometimes overwhelming and discouraging as a woman to begin and continue a healthy lifestyle and ultimately love your body. These negative images and pressures for women to aspire to conform to one type of white mainstream standard of beauty can be destructive if internalized and this can ring true even more so if you are a woman of color. That being said, it a was a big step for me in my own self growth to just even reach out and ask for guidance from a trainer. When Rob shared his personal journey in becoming a healthier individual, he in turn made me feel more comfortable to ask questions that are very personal to me and for my own benefit. I appreciate his knowledge and sensitivity and am inspired by his liked-minded passion for health and wellness.
I have known Alma for over 4 years and have the upmost confidence in her knowledge and abilities. I have worked alongside her and been inspired by her commitment to nutrition and fitness. I consider myself pretty savy when it comes to working out and basic food prep but in preparation for a trip to Costa Rica I reached out to Alma for some guidance to tone up before having to put on a bikini for week. She truly went above and beyond my expectations sending me very specific guidelines for my meals and working out and helped me by being available for random questions and accountability to my goals. In the two months I followed her advise I was able to tone up and feel great knowing I am getting the proper amount of protein, carbs and fats. One of the things I love most about working with Alma is her non judgmental and caring demeanor. One of my biggest fears when thinking about working with someone is feeling judged or talked down to and she does a great job of keeping it empowering and not intimidating. I started working with Colette in December of 2015 with the intent to enter a bikini competition. I needed help sculpting my body and losing that last bit of extra fat. She gave me a tailored meal plan based on the nutrition I needed and took into account the foods I did and didn't like. Its easy and clear to follow and my cravings are diminished. We meet regularly to check in on progress and workout together, and have a daily checkpoint on how everything is progressing. The moral support has gotten me through the emotional ups and downs of changing my body. I'm now one week away from my bikini competition, and I have never looked better in my life. Strangers stop me frequently in the gym and ask me "What's your secret?!" and I tell them it all comes down to healthy diet and a knowledgeable coach (and a dash of willpower!). Scott is training me for my upcoming bikini contest. From the moment I met him I knew he was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He brings so much knowledge to the table which is important with this goal. It's nice that's he's training to compete himself so he understands what your going through. His background brings a no nonsense/excuses attitude which is what I was hoping to find in a trainer. I recommend if your looking for a trainer who will get you where you want to be, hire Scott. Hugo has been my personal trainer for many years. I don't particularly like to exercise, but he always made our sessions fun and focused on my needs to increase (or at least maintain) my strength, balance, and flexibility. When I observed him working with other clients I noticed that he again focused on their needs whether they were preparing for a competition, a specific sport, or just getting in better physical shape. In a day and age when it's easy to find members of the "younger generation" sitting and expecting life to come to them, I've always admired Hugo's work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to challenge himself to be the best possible person he can be.
I met Kendahl about a year and a half ago when we both worked as fitness trainers at a local gym. Fitness was my life. Due to a back injury from a car accident, I was unable to workout for a year. I lost all motivation. Was severely depressed and in pain throughout the day. I had gained 16lbs over a year and pain and depression meds just wasn't cutting it. Throughout my healing, Kendahl kept in touch with me to see how things were coming along. Slowly but surely I got myself back in the gym. After a few months of "hard" work and dieting, I realized whatever I was doing just wasn't working at all. I explained this to Kendahl and he suggested I come workout with him for a day. That's all it took. Best decision I made for my body and mind. I did workouts I'd never done before. And that was exactly what my body needed. I needed to be pushed out of my comfort zone. Thanks to the constant motivation and encouragement from Kendahl, I've lost 8lbs in one month and plan on losing even more. FYI he trained me for legs only but his workouts transformed my entire body at the same time. The results are insane! Not matter what your goals are, Kendahl will get you there. Want to get stronger? I love working out with Chris. I've been working out with him for years and he is simply the best! His workouts are really tailored to what I want, and I always leave a workout accomplished and most importantly SORE, lol. He is a great trainer and will get to you to your fitness goals if you do your part and work hard on your end!
