OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!
Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! What stands out most about Manuk is how much he cares for his clients. Every workout is personalized and he takes the time to show you the proper form for each exercise. He takes health and injuries into account and adapts accordingly, while maintaining a challenging workout regime. He makes himself very available to contact, I've had plenty of nights where I frantically text him and ask what I should eat instead of junk food. Manuk is great at making personal connections with his clients. He'll remember what you have going on in your life outside of the gym and shows a genuine interest. I think this connection is important to seeing results. On days where I am not feeling it, Manuk is there to push me and I don't want to let him down. I love starting my mornings working out with Manuk, it sets my day off in such a positive way that I can't help bring that positivity with me everywhere else. Ronnie is someone worth having as a personal trainer. As someone who normally does my own thing when working out, I was nervous with opening up to her when we first met. Needless to say, I had nothing to be so nervous about. Ronnie made a point of making me comfortable so I could voice my physical concerns and goals without any problem. She crafted a challenging workout plan for me to follow as well as put me on to counting the calories I eat to give me a firsthand look at what I need to put to aside in order to get to where I physically need to be. Incorporating a perfect form when exercising to get the maximum result is Ronnie's specialty. I definitely felt the difference between how I used to workout and how I workout now. If you are in search of a great trainer who knows her stuff and will stand by you every step of the way with encouraging words and proper motivation, Ronnie is it. Meghan is a powerhouse - a true professional! She walks her talk by staying fit, healthy and progressive in the best practice methods available. Although I am a certified health and wellness coach, she added depth to what I know. She provided great tasting recipes that were satisfying and easy to prepare. She also was my personal trainer and yoga coach. She pushed me beyond my comfort zone and helped me understand the true strength of my body. It's been a while since we had personal trainers, so there was a bit of a 'gulp' factor when taking the plunge once again. We never looked back - Sandy is awesome! Not only is she prompt and professional, but she makes working out really fun! She is open to suggestions, keeps every session fresh with a wide variety of exercises and adapts to your physical limitations. And...she also travels to your home, which is a major convenience factor. The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.

Lee is an absolutely fantastic trainer! I am one of those people who starts something and quits pretty quickly. I had a baby and was in the worst shape of my life. I was nervous about getting a personal trainer for fear of being judged, not being able to keep up with the work outs, or the age old fear that nothing would change and I'd be stuck the way I am. Lee changed all that for me. Our first session he was easy on me, but still pushed me to do a much as I could. Then we built from there. He encouraged me to not only work out, but change my eating habits for a healthier lifestyle. He was always respectful and got to know me. He figured out just how far he could push me. As a married woman, I appreciated that he asked about my husband and never made me feel uncomfortable. I began feeling better and more confident in myself and my abilities. The only bad part about Lee is that he can't make the 4 hour commute to Memphis to continue training me! Seriously though, extremely professional guy who is dedicated to getting you to where you want to be and helping you to see that you can go further! I highly recommend him to train you no matter what stage you are at in your fitness.

She also customized a monthly meal plan exclusively for me and my interests. I couldn't be more happy with her dedication to push me when I needed the drill sergeant trainer, but also balance it out and be supportive when I was not feeling well or sick and needed to take things slow. Another plus factor with Kelly is that she LOVES dogs. We incorporated workouts that helped me focus on myself, without feeling guilty or losing out on time I could spend with my dog outdoors. I actually met her thru a friend of mine, who was one of her close friends. I had hired several personal trainers but until Mami showed me her own training routines I was never happy.
