I had been lifting and working out for a few months prior to meeting Mark. I had already lost a good amount of weight but started to hit a plateau and decided I wanted to seek a personal trainer to help me break my plateau. I searched online and was having quite a bit of trouble finding a trainer that seemed to be the right match for me. I was specifically looking for a trainer with a great deal of knowledge about lifting, nutrition, weight loss, etc. Trying to find the right trainer seemed to be quite a hassle. I was connected with Mark through thumbtack and decided to meet Mark for my initial consultation. Talking with Mark for ten minutes was all I needed to believe I had probably found the right personal trainer. We have been training together for 6 weeks now and OMG this guy is fantastic. He is sooo knowledgeable in every aspect of health and training. He is very easy going and patient and you can tell immediately that he really cares about helping his clients. He is very detailed, always on time for sessions, and really goes the extra mile to help you reach your fitness goals. I have lost and additional 20lbs since I started training with Mark and have gained a ton of muscle mass. Not only that, but I also have such a better understanding of nutrition and how to properly weight lift, control my diet etc. in a way that is most beneficial to me, my health, and my safety. Mark is simply fantastic. Such a great guy and I highly recommend him to anyone. Whether you are just starting to work out and want to lose weight, or if you are more advanced and want someone with a great deal of knowledge to help you maximize your results, Mark is absolutely the guy to help you achieve these goals. Russ is literally my favorite trainer, and he takes training above and beyond, he thinks outside average training, makes workouts fun and challenging, he pushes you to a new level and he never lets you give up. Russ takes you outside makes group fitness expos and he is personal, so heis more of friend then a drill instructor, he cares !! Seriously favorite !!!

If you are looking for a low impact, relaxing workout - go somewhere else :) Nina is going to kick your bootie into gear! What I love most about boot camps with Nina is that she's so encouraging. She motivates me in a positive way and is able to convince me to go further than I would on my own, and it works! She's constantly changing things up so it's fresh & exciting, not the same old routine. I get easily bored so that is very important and helpful to me. I highly recommend working with Nina. She's knowledgable and very skilled, not just in boot camps, but in nutrition and in the body (muscles, bones, health). I've been going to Constant Motion Fitness Weekly Boot Camps, so I could get into better shape to lay Ultimate! The groups are a great size, so you get a lot of personal attention. It's like you're getting a personal trainer for the price of a group session. I've known our trainer, Joe, for some time, and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. He's really good at targeting your workout to your specific goals, even though the Boot Camp sessions are group sessions. He brings lots of equipment so that you never feel like you're waiting in line for 'your turn'. I really like working out outdoors in the park as well, instead of in some sweaty musty gym. It adds a great deal to the overall experience, and makes me feel like I'm working out in the same environment I'm training for.
