Julie C. says, "In need of help after experiencing a sudden water leak under my kitchen sink, I contacted Pulse Home Services after reading some of their excellent reviews. From the moment Bernadette called to the time Zach completed my service call was none other than fantastic. Zach not only listened to my concerns about what had happened, he gave some great feedback and even took a look in my basement to assess the situation after water dripped down from the kitchen above. This is going above and beyond. This company will be my go-to for plumbing and electrical needs in the future. Thank you, Pulse."See more

Ariel I. says, "Juan was fantastic! His plumbing expertise was evident and he was very communicative and friendly. Part of our job was abnormally difficult but he kept at it until he found a solution. Not only were Juan and Zenith top notch, we got another quote from another well-rated company that was much more expensive and they didn’t seem as skilled! Zenith and Juan are the best plumbers we’ve used. Work with them if you have the chance. We certainly will next time the need arises!"See more

Our plumbing issues started at 5:30pm. Sent a request on Thumbtack to get a quote since our washer was backing up into our bathroom. They came the next day and unclogged our plumbing bathroom pipes. We appreciate there fast response!

Cody from Josh's plumbing came to fix 2 faucet leaks that I had in my upstairs bathrooms. Cody was professional and was patient as he diagnosed the problem. He was able to take care of both leaks today. I would use Josh's plumbing services again. They responded quickly and Cody was very knowledgable.

Viktor did our plumbing today for a bathroom remodel, he was amazing! He was punctual, patient and professional. I would highly recommend Pipe it Up for any plumbing need. I also really appreciate that Pipe it Up came out to do a free quote. The picture doesn’t look like much now but I can’t wait to see the final product

I hired this plumber to put in the plumbing for the bar sink, bathroom sink and toilet. He came out to look at the job first to give an accurate quote. Then, he came out to do the job a couple of days later. At that time, he realized the plumbing pipe was a little high and needed a shorter drain. So, he couldn’t finish the work. Since he didn’t measure the pipe height on the initial trip, he was going to charge for another trip out after we got the shorter drain. A couple days later, we noticed the toilet was leaking, so I texted him to let him know about it. The following day, he came back out to fix the leak along with the damage it did and also put in the shorter drain. I didn’t know it needed a studor vent until the inspector came out and said it’s code. The plumber just assumed it was already in the wall without checking for it. Unfortunately, he didn’t come back out to put the vent in. I’m not a plumber that’s why I hired one. I wouldn’t recommend this plumber as you want a contractor to give an accurate quote on the initial trip or at least take responsibility for his errors.

Quick to respond and get to work, which was greatly appreciated. Only marking them as average because they did not set proper expectations prior to starting the job. I was told a price to fix my issue and then received a "I'm done" text showing me pictures of my new shower plumbing along with a bunch of missing drywall and hanging light fixtures in the lower level bathroom.

I was entirely under the impression that my quoted price meant fixing, not further trashing of my house. When I asked about the hole Jonathan made in the ceiling I was very quickly told that my bill would increase by another 20% to cover it up.

Don't get me wrong! They're quick and very polite... But they did leave me feeling a little bitter about what they consider to be "done"
