Mike is absolutely one of the best personal trainers that I have worked with over the years. I interviewed several trainers but knew as soon as I met Mike and we had our trial session that he was the trainer for me. As both a registered dietitian and personal trainer, his total diet/fitness regimen has helped me get into the best shape of my life. I have dropped over 15 pounds in less than 4 months while putting on more defined muscle tone. My energy level is at an all-time high and my overall body fat is down by over 5%. Beyond the measurable results, Mike is a joy to be around. He is a true professional but we are able to laugh and enjoy ourselves during our training sessions. I regularly get texts from Mike checking in on how things are going and to remind me to eat more fruits and veggies!! He is genuinely invested in his clients' success above and beyond the workouts. I cannot recommend Mike highly enough as a personal trainer. If you put in the work, Mike will help you to achieve amazing results. You will not be disappointed!!
Justin is an awesome trainer. I'd go as far as saying he's the best trainer I've ever trained with, hands down! I've worked out with other trainers in the past but none of them compare to Justin! He pushes you outside your comfort zone (which isn't that why we decide to hire a trainer in the first place), he motivates you, creates custom and effective workouts that are even sometimes fun, and really he helps you achieve your fitness goals! If you are waivering on whether or not to hire a trainer, I say "do it" and hire Justin. You won't regret it! The only thing you may regret is this you didn't do it sooner! *I should say, I never really do these reviews unless I am extremely satisfied with a product or service!
Had a GREAT experience with Obstacle Destruction. Chad Johnson was so easy to work with and my trainer Evan was awesome. Evan created workouts that were tough and hard but not over the top. He is patient but also requires that you show up with the attitude to get the most out of the session. I had so much fun and had a serious workout every time. 10 sessions in and I am hooked. I'll be signing up for another round ofr personal training!
I've worked with a few personal trainers during my life and her professional manner as well as coaching style is just what we needed. I look forward to continuing to work with her, and despite the muscle soreness after our sessions gym time is one of the things I like forward to every week.
Josh is a terrific personal trainer. A lot of trainers and gyms lack that key word "personal," however that isn't Josh. He is focused, professional, dedicated and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. His commitment to you helping you reach your fitness and health goals doesn't end at the door. He is knowledgable, positive and motivating which helps you want to push yourself and give it your all. I highly recommend you meet with Josh and discuss your fitness goals and guarantee he will be upfront and honest with you on what it will take from you and him to reach those goals. I started looking for a trainer early last summer. Karisa was very prompt in contacting me and we discussed her training program and my needs. I'm on a different road than most people as I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and pre-diabetes in late 2015. The cancer meds are taking it's toll on my bone density and when I discovered I am pre-diabetic I knew I had to change my nutrition plan. I did not know much about nutrition so changing my diet caused rapid and extreme weight and muscle loss. I knew I was headed for a lot of trouble and I needed professional help. This is when I started my search for a trainer and I am so thankful I found Karisa! She is very knowledgeable in nutrition/diet, working out and strength training. Karisa has a lot of expertise, is professional, upbeat, challenging, motivating and has a true passion for what she does. She is so positive and inspiring. Proper form for best results is very important to her. Her workouts are challenging and she is so encouraging. After each session, Karisa would provide me with a workout plan for the week which was so helpful! I started seeing results after the first few sessions with Karisa. I'm stronger, I feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. It's amazing how toned my muscles are. I don't think I have ever been in such great shape as I am now. If you are looking for an awesome trainer, Karisa should be at the top of your list. Believe me, she will meet all of your needs and more than your expectations! Thank you Karisa!
I thoroughly enjoyed my workout experience with Tiana. She came to my house or we met at the park every week to do her custom workout that I loved! Several times my kids were even running around. Wonderful trainer!
Manny is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with the joint issues that I am having. He is very good with corrective exercises, as I have a lot of past injuries that I am dealing with. I am also seeing a significant difference in muscle gain in the areas that I am working on the most. Hands down the best trainer I have ever had. I was a little sceptic with working with a trainer online, but now I feel it is the best thing for me and couldn't have made a better decision to chose Manny.
Rheannon is wonderful to work out with. She has vast knowledge regarding the equipment and the proper form needed to achieve the best results. She is personable and knows how to motivate her clients. If you are looking for a fun, effective workout, Rheannon is the trainer you should hire. No doubt!
Adam Poehlmann is a great personal trainer who takes the time to get to know his clients needs and goals. He has worked closely with my physical therapist to modify my workout's while still keeping my goal in mind. He is readily available to answer questions and give encouragement. These are not cookie cutter workouts that he gives to his clients. He takes personal pride in each workout program he develops. Adam also meets with me frequently to discuss any questions or modifications that might need to be made. He is one of the best personal trainers I've hired. Thank you Adam from all your hard work. Caitlin is a great trainer who's knowledgable and interactive! You never feel like you're doing anything on you're own because she's right there the whole time, every session. I've seen many trainers in the past who are standing back with their clipboard and just telling people what to do. Caitlin goes above and beyond to be right there and make sure everything is being done properly while helping boost energy with her infectious, positive personality.
I set this appointment up for my son. We'd been in a Motor Vehicle Accident on 10/05/13. He had major injuries and has been working to recover. My son said that Hashem was so patient. Since he was not in very good shape, Hashem listened and made suggestions to slow down and structured the routine around his injuries to slowly building him up to his potential. My son said no other trainer - he's used had helped him in the way that Hashem has. Very happy for Hashem's patience, structure, encouragement and persistence to help my son achieve his potential.
Jonathon is excellent! From day 1 he has been seriously invested in me as a client, but also as a person. He takes interest in a lot more than just exercising, acting as more of a coach and friend in addition to being my trainer. In the gym he has a wonderful way of motivating me and keeping me going, relating to my exercises to personal achievements and goals they I expressed interest in. He designs workouts for me to follow on my own, too. He checks in occasionally to see how I am doing and is always available to answer questions. He also set me up with MyFitnessPal to monitor calories in verse calories out, and he checks it occasionally to monitor my progress. Over a month, I have started reaching my goals, which has manifested through proof in measurements. I wasn't planning on working with a trainer, but Jonathon has been excellent in so many ways that I plan to continue working with him for the months to come!
Kaylee was the best trainer that I have ever had. I was able to build muscle while still staying in great aerobic shape. I still use some of her workouts to this day.
